I’ve been getting donuts from donut palace since 2003, when I was just a kid. My mom would take me to donut palace just about every Saturday morning at least and we’d get eclairs and apple fritters. Now I’m an adult and we had moved away in 2006, but the past year I decided I should take my husband and kids to the best donut shop I’ve ever been to! The staff is still as nice and courteous as they’ve always been. The donuts still blow my mind. I always have to have an eclair or Bavarian filled donut. There’s nothing like it from any other donut shop, even Krispy Kreme. It’s always been my go to. My husband LOVES the strawberry iced with sprinkles. My son goes for a chocolate iced donut and he’s also crazy for them. My daughter got strawberry donut holes on todays visits and I have to agree with her that they are like tiny bites of Heaven. Not overly glazed, perfectly bite sized, and they just melt in your mouth. I’ve had the regular glazed, the chocolate drizzle, and the blueberry donut holes too and they’re all addictive! If I wouldn’t get sick from the sugar, I’d eat my weight in them. They’re just too good!! I somewhat recently took my mom an Apple fritter and it brought back all those memories from two decades ago. She agreed with me that the quality is just as good as it’s ever been. Also gonna add in that their prices are WAY more reasonable than the chain donut shops! It’s crazy that you get a donut a hundred times better for a fraction of the cost. I don’t know how they do it but I am super thankful for an affordable haul! If you need any donuts for any reason, donut palace will always be the best choice. We dream about making...

As said above, it is light years better than Dunkin and miles above Krispy Kream. When you go to places like Dunkin and Krispy Kream, you get chain-quality food. Now, I'm not dumping on chain restaurants. We have all been there late at night, possibly intoxicated and needing nourishment. They fill a hole, but they fill it like a round peg in a square hole. I have been eating here for years and have never been let down. Everything is made fresh in the morning by a local family. This is truly the definition of a "mom and pop" shop. I use to go to the gym before work (around 0500) and would pass this place in the mornings, and I would see the owner's van out front. They were no doubt making the morning's doughnuts fresh. You can honestly taste the pride they take in their work. Do yourself a favor, skip the lines, stale and microwave food down the street at Dunkin, and swing by here and treat yourself. Trust me, you won't be disappointed. One bite of one of these fresh-made doughnuts, and you will feel the love in the food. Order a Milk and an apple fritter, pull off into the shopping center parking lot, put on some good music, and truly enjoy the effort someone put into making this meal for you. I guarantee you that you will feel better. Life is all about experiences we have along the way. You are already spending the time, money, and calories. You might as well get something of quality for it. Take 5min out of your day and enjoy the little ones, for they keep us sane.

Read moreEvidently these people will skim money off the top of your order. I was inside the store this morning when a lady came through the drive through and the Asian lady with glasses working there told the lady in the drive through the price was one thing but the lady paid with card so I watched the employee punch a lower total than what she told the lady into the sales machine and then she added the difference as a tip, so the total added up to what she told the lady initially. It wasn't a large amount, but if you go through that drive through and they give you an even dollar amount with no change, you need to ask for a receipt. Personally I won't be going back there because I don't appreciate dishonest business practices like that. I am all about supporting a small business. That actually deserves the business but in this case I will say Dunkin Donuts is right across the street and overall they have better stuff anyway if we're...
