Bought a $16 JB5000 disposable vape and some candy here. He asked me to hit it in front of him so I did and it kept auto firing which cause them to burn out quickly. He saw this happen and I explained that means it’s defective because it’s gonna keep doing it until it burns out. Lo and behold it’s already shot. I asked if I could switch it out since it would be a waste of money for me to hit it a few times and it just burn. He told me it was a low battery issue which makes no sense. Doesn’t matter if it’s a $1 exchange or a $20 exchange the logic is still ridiculous the way the situation...

Great customer service. He and his wife. Really respect the older clients. Drive thru. Will help anyway you need....
