Rudest people I've ever met! The two women working on Monday, Jan. 31st shouldn't even be working in a public atmosphere! It took every bit of energy the lady had that checked me out to say "have a nice day"! We were in the store almost an hour and was passed by several times by the man and both women who work there and never even received a simple "hi how are ya"! Or "could I help you with anything?" Went there to purchase boys overalls and was rudely informed "go look in that corner up there that's all we have"! Will not shop...

My mother and I were shopping in here today for her birthday. My mom is 75 years old today and suddenly needed to use the restroom. The employee laughed and told her to go across the street to the park and that by law they did not have to provide a bathroom. They were so rude whether or not they provided facilities or not. I will not ever go back. Thanks for making my mom’s day special hamricks employees. Such sad...

Purchased these shorts at Hammer's Fort Payne. Both pairs had broken zippers. Brought them back to the store. Was told this was why they were discounted, and could not be returned.
