My sweet Daddy passed away on New Years Eve. Another florist in town let us know up front that they were low on flowers, due to the holiday. My Mother called Tiger Lily's before we went in, as it is hard for her to get around being 80 years old and using a rolator. We were not greeted as we entered and took a few minutes to get to the counter in the back. The worker just stared at us and my Mother said I called and we have an appointment to speak with the designer. The worker said, "she'll be out in a minute, y'all just wait." We weren't offered anywhere to sit, tea or coffee. No pleasentries were exchanged. I ask the name of their designer and was offered the name of the owner. I explained that I knew that, and was just brushed off. My Mother asked where the designer was after a reasonable wait, we were told, "you'll just have to wait." Heartbroken already, and now treated very cold and unimportant by a worker in a "business," that one would think it's staff would be highly trained in hospitality, compassion, and all around decency. My Mother simply said to me no, let's go. So we went to a small florist in Rainsville. They met us as soon as we arrived and answered all our questions. They had ever flower that we requested, in stock. They did a phenomenal job on our families personal arrangements as well as other orders that had came through for my Daddy. Thank you so...

I received a confirmation of that purchase The next day, I happen to be doing online bank account business and I noticed a refund for the amount of my purchase. I called and they said they actually aren't doing flowers because they are moving. Well I received NO notice of this via email and there is absolutely NOTHING on their website saying they are not sending flowers. You can't put the fact that your business is temproarily suspended? POOR business. The woman I spoke with said I was supposed to have received an email rejecting the order. NO I did not. I work on my computer and I can assure you I never received an email saying my purchase was refunded. Nor was it in my spam folder. Pretty upset that by the time I discovered this, it was too late to order flowers from another place for today. He then went on to tell me he went above and beyond by upgrading the vase and adding a bow. He then tells me that it isn't fair to him for me to bash him on social media. The post is on tiger Lilly's Facebook page under community comments. I am yet to see where I bashed him. Then he continues to inform me how you just cant make some people happy.
