Was driving from Palm Beach to Orlando and calling every jewelry store, every pawn shop, every where that would sell a Rolex that I wanted. I am not an easy person to please and when spending north of 6000$ it would take a lot for me to be swiping my card. As I am driving and stopping everywhere , I call a local pawn shop and they reffered me here. I called the owner a very well spoken gentleman, asked him to send me pictures he does ! I asked him to do a million things before I even seen him face to face and he does !!! I pull up in the driveway and there is an elderly couple walking in to buy the same watch I am buying ! When I walked in Christopher was showing the watch to them and goes up to the owner Greg and tells him these folks are here to buy this yacht master , I overheard Greg saying I have someone driving in for it and want him to have the first call as I have been communicating with him for 2 hours !!! I didn't put a deposit to hold it, they could of sold it !! That right there sealed the deal for me !!!!! I knew this was the place ! My heart felt at home !!!! I asked my wife she gave me the green light , proceeded with the purchase, Gregg asked me for my ID I only had my military ID on me, Gregg says thank you for your service and gave me a 500$ discount!!! I have had several experiences with Alan's and for the most part everything has been wonderful. There was an incident with a watch I left recently. Basically my watch got lost in translation and forgotten about. After a couple of months calling them being assured by the folks working there they would check on it the manager/owner finally took my call and assured me he would put a rush on it. (I do not think the owner was aware I had called several times beforehand). 9 days later I had my watch in my hands fixed.
