Its actually sad to see a company not back any of their products, i went in the return a vape that was not working (not getting a full hit is not working/getting a tiny burnt cloud after pulling forever is not working). They refused to return two out of the three vape carts, truly i thought the problem was the battery (only worked sometimes and one product not at all, second just barely and the third i assumed not open and try it if two didnt work) that they provide for that product (which was a free product with the purchase of three of those carts) sadly Vanessa and her manager could not care less to trouble shoot or be much help. I could get her to exchange one of the carts since it completely did not work, the second that kinda worked if i hit for 15+ seconds with a burnt taste; they told me that was āsubjectiveā and not defective.. the third since it was never opened they wouldnt even think about returning. Overall i have been shopping at dispensaries for 5 years now all over florida, this is the first company i have had to fight to get any part of a return. I have never had to fight a customer service worker to get what i deserved, i am a bartender and it was very disheartening to see a customer service worker so unwilling to help for people picking up their medication. I need this for my cptsd, chronic anxiety and other reasons, of course this ordeal had me so anxious i was shaking and i was met with combativeness and very little help. I will be throwing away the pax system away since it does not work, i just happily will never come back.
Edit: the district manager called to fix the situation, he was very nice and helpful. Basically said there mustāve been a miscommunication because my product was broken as I had described and would apply credits onto my account for future. So then it just boils down to I was unlucky with who my budtender that day. Very appreciative of their district manager for being so...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreHonestly I'v given this place like five different chances within a year. Their descriptions online of the flower they carry consists of piney strong smelling buds but I got everything but that. I bought three different versions of the strawberry strain one at 32% after smoking it feels like 18% and has no flavor. Smells like fresh green cabbage when other dispensaries their flower is very aromatic sometimes even sweet. I literally asked the person at the counter if any of this flower I was purchasing smelled like hay or cabbage and they assured me that it wouldn't. Needless to say I wasted my money on a half ounce of weird bud. Four different strains! Honestly these guys sell weed that doesn't smell like anything else I've ever had. I shop at all other major dispensaries. Grow healthy would be my choice from now on.Sanctuary don't let you see or smell the bud they literally sell you a promise. And then they won't take it back if it's not what they said it was. Good luck selling items falsely advertised. And if you have never bought flower before and started here .You should definitely try someplace else and see what you're missing. Seriously this stuff doesn't even smell like flower . smells a lot like uncured bud! First time in my life I ever purchased any flower that was over 30% that smelled like fresh hay or green cabbage?? And literally all your stuff smells the same. If you tell every customer you're going to sell them their "rooty tooty fresh and fruity number one top cut bud". You should be taking it back if it's everything but that! If you only take back defective products where does false advertising fit in there? š¤·š¤·š¤· Maybe for big companies making millions of dollars off of flower wouldn't understand we're not talking about a 99 cent cheeseburger that wasn't made correctly .we're talking about a few hundred dollars at every visit and you acting like...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreI shopped at Sanctuary for my first time today New Years Eve 2024. The first 20 customers are supposed to receive $10 towards their order but the catch was that I had to spend at least $100. I didn't realize that I had to spend a hundred to get the $10 back. There were also other extra end of the year sales. I ended up spending $90 and thought the $10 would be given to me but forgot to ask. The cashier didn't tell me that all I had to do was spend $10 more to receive $10 back. On my way out I realized that I didn't receive the $10 towards my order so I went back to ask about it and I was told that I couldn't get both deals since I got another deal they had that day. The truth is he was wrong and the cashier should have brought to my attention that I was one of the first 20 customers and that if I spent $10 more I'd receive $10 back. I know it's just $10 but I went there early on Sunday New Years Eve for that extra $10 and I feel played by them not informing me about that extra $10 that I had to spend to get $10 back at the register. I take partial blame because I didn't realize it but I am the customer and I should have...
