Terrible traffic pattern. There's a lot of sketchy & homeless people always camped out here. When I'm working out at Planet Fitness, I have to look at these people shuffling around on the sidewalk right outside the windows. They're always smoking cigarettes and it stinks when you arrive and leave. Then they congregate with their other homeless friends and sit around and won't get out of your travel path.
