Incredibly rude associate manning the store. She had the personality of a door knob. It was our first time there and we liked a $249 framed painting. My 5 year old daughter needed desperately to use the restroom. She was told that there were no bathrooms there. Whatever happened to utilizing some discretion when making decisions. That store lost a sale today and and by the looks of the foot traffic in the store, it could’ve used the sale quite frankly. It’s takes far less energy to be nice these days than it to be unkind.
