I purchased a Talon arms ar from Brian, the owner. I thought from speaking with one of his salesman and Brian that they were a business i could count on for service and additional purchases. A few weeks after i bought the AR. I experienced an issue with the charging handle on the weapon. I brought it in to the store so their guys could look at it and tell me if it had to go in for warrantee service, as it was almost brand new. Instead of giving me the straight scoop,as the defect was obvious, they tried to sell me a new more expensive handle. When i said no the new handle, the guy tried to sell me a second sight. What that had to do with the charge handle problem made zero sense to me. I did attempt to purchase a number of boxes of ammo from them. But when i politely asked why they couldn't give me the same price as before, the guy behind the counter started getting nasty with me and accused me of arguing with him. Very rude and unprofessional of him! I guess he was upset i wouldn't buy the second sight or a new charging handle . Brian overheard the conversation and came over. Instead of smoothing out the issue he gave me an incredulous story about shipping costs for ammo. I got the ammo somewhere else for less than his price, and they appreciated my business! Brian works very hard to get business, doing shows, running the business, and handling customers himself. Putting in all those retail hours. Why he would allow his worker to blow a customer over such a petty issue boggles my mind. I thought these guys were better than that. I spent $2k at the Tactical Store. My mistake. I called the tactical store looking for a Beretta bobcat 21A 22lr (the original) Brian answered the telephone and informed me that he did have a used one in stainless steel He was unbelievable helpful and sent me a picture of the bobcat.. The next day I called again and spoke with Brian and he sent me a picture of the other side of the gun.. I told him that I really liked it and I would call to be sure they still had it when I made the one and a half hour drive from Sebring.. He told me no problem it was definitely going to be there, he was taking out of the case and saving it for me.. (I did not ask him to do that for me) I decided to go right then and there And drove an hour and a half to fort Pierce When I got to the store a really nice guy named Vinny greeted me and introduced me to Brian... I did not know it but Brian was the owner of the store!!! Next I was introduced to Missy and she set me up at the computer to apply for the background check... I'm thinking of starting a small collection of Tip-Up barrel 22 caliber Berettas!!!! I will definitely call the tactical store to check on their inventory. I want to thank Brian and his entire staff of professionals for their help. And thank you Vinny (I had an hour waiting on the background check to come through). I went in to buy two guns cash. Glock 19s Price was ok. Was shown the actual guns i was going to buy. Both have 3 mags and both came with the factory hard case. I filled out the paperwork and paid for the guns. Came back 3 fays later to pickup the guns that i purchased and one did not have the case and was missing 2 magazines. Now when i was sold the guns this was a major point to me buying two identical guns. I wanted a case and the 3 magazines they usually come with. The salesman explicitly knew this information. The tag was scratched off and was written over top of the original tag one magazine and no box. This was not here when i paid my money and i dont appreciate the old switcheroo. I took my guns even though i was disappointed and promised to myself that this store will never get another penny from me or anyone i associate with. This experience zapped my enthusiasm about my new guns and i still havent even shot them yet. The guns actually sat with no ammo for a month before i drove a few miles down the road and bought my specific ammo that i wanted. Thanks tactical store for completely ruining my gun...
