EXCELLENT PEOPLE---EXCELLENT SERVICE --TOP notch and RARE level of service AFTER the SALE!!! I can not say enough good about USed A/C Depot ---what a GREAT company--- a great experience ---and a refreshing change from "local" a/c repair --"businesses" and I use the term loosely-- Everyone at USed A/.C Depot went the extra mile to help us--- and the key--- We had an issue with the first a/c we purchased. THe Warranty replacement-- the return and the service WELL after the sale ---with information--tips-- do it yourself diagnosis and assistance --- was WELL ABOVE not just another a/c company but any parts or appliance retailer I have dealt with in 48 years and 12 different homes I have owned---and repaired!

I have been in sales 30+ years----and a consumer for far more---I wish every company provided this level of customer service---assistance and genuine desire to HELP the customer NOT just make $.

Being a retired builder/ac tech finding this company close to where I live was a lifesaver. I originally found them on Amazon but, the first unit I picked was already sold. Instead of going through Amazon I contacted them directly. They supplied me with a used 3 ton air handler and saved my wallet a ton of money. I went and picked it up at their office instead of shipping it. The young lady in the office was very helpful and the transaction was very smooth. The guys that run the shop were very helpful and loaded it up on my truck. I checked the unit as it was charged with nitrogen just as stated on their website I installed the unit without any issues and I would highly recommend...

Usually I am not writing reviews neither positive or negative but Used AC Depot deserve to be mentioned as a very professional company driven by customer satisfaction and not by profit only. I have received a Trane AC Unit which wasn’t exactly as I thought it will be (human error, miscommunication). After reporting my concern to the company and talking with Rob, he proposed to refund the full amount I paid. Thank you.
