If it was an option, I would have either zero stars or negative stars to rate my personal experience.

1st: Staff was clueless on how to answer any questions prior to my order which lead me to order online.

2nd: I had an issue with living arrangements so I had to ask to have the mattress I special ordered on hold and that I would still be making sure to make my first payment as set up by payment arrangements. Not long after they agreed to have it held for me, they decided to sell it from beneath me without my acknowledgement and had 2 emails saying I cancelled my order that I never cancelled.

3rd: The staff has no courtesy to customers or professionalism on taking care of the most important thing in business = the customers that give businesses a reason to be in existence.

4th: After getting an awful experience from the store itself, I got a number for the corporate office and called it to be connected to their customer service which not only did I wait to be connected to someone, instead of that happening I got disconnected not once but twice calling them.

In summary, DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH AARONS! If you can’t get the proper service from the store and corporate can’t even bother to make sure that the business takes care of the customers they do business with, then do not support it! Very nice people and good customer service. Prices are the best for a rent to own place. And to the people saying over priced it's not the finance rate is pretty much like an interest rate on a credit card if you was going to pay it out for two years. The items there self are priced reasonably. We had bad luck and our washer and drier went out and our fridge went out the next week. So we went to Aaron's and have been very satisfied with them since. And they give military discounts. Think a lot of people's problems is they don't do a budget and make sure they can afford it every month with out hurting them. And that's what you have to do. Our fridge was 100 I think a month but it was the biggest one they had in store and was recently returned after only being used for one month and our washer and drier was new delivered and installed 79 a month. Not bad at all on the prices. And the benifet over buying out right or on a credit card is for them two years if anything happens to the items they can fix them for you. So it's like having insurance on your items till you pay them off. And the auto pay helps to where they take it off your debit card automatically every month. I have done buisness with this location many times and they have always had my complete satisfaction! They have the best prices of any of the rent to own centers I've been too. I believe that their prices are more than fair for good quality furniture and appliances. Unless you buy them out right, after financing they come about the same as you would pay if you put it on a credit card. In my case I would pay more if I had put it on my card!

The staff at this location are always pleasant to deal with and have taken care of any concern I may have had. Their pick up and delivery service has always been very prompt and above satisfactory in taking care of my items during delivery and assembly. I currently have financed a 5 piece bedroom set, including the mattress and box spring and a refrigerator from this location.
