‼️WOULD NOT RECOMMEND‼️ Was going to get a ring from Phillip Cheshiers shop in Fort Smith. I had never heard of him or his business before so I wanted to meet him in person. I live in Fayetteville and was driving down to Fort Smith when I called and let him know I was on the way. I Told him I wanted to talk with him before I spent a large sum of money because I didn’t know him. Phillip (the owner of the business), who was already talking rudely on the phone, took this the wrong way and told me that I could “GO GET BENT OVER BY SOMEONE ELSE” and hung up on me. I tried calling back to tell him that I meant no offense and he wouldn’t pick up my calls or return my text. I asked one of his co workers to talk to him for me and cheshier said he “didn’t want to bother.” I am in sales my self and would never treat a customer this way. Truly disrespectful and unprofessional. If he gets that defensive about me asking questions, then I would worry about the quality of product. ‼️WOULD...

I've gone here twice to have the same ring fixed. The first time they forgot about me and didnt have my ring saudered for 2 weeks. I decided to try again thinking I would have better service. He said it would be done by wednesday or Thursday so I called Wednesday it wasn't done and he said call the nest day so I did. He said no it's not done. I told him I would just come and get it and take it somewhere else. He said fine I'll have to done by 4. He calls and he says your rings done and hangs up on me. When my husband went to pick it up he had told me and even written it down that it would be $20 then he changed the price to $30 and my husband called him out on that. It took me six years to decide to take my engagement ring, and some other jewelry that my husband had given me and put it into a new setting.
