Taco Bell — Restaurant in Fort Smith

If I could give zero stars I would. The manager Emily that worked around 630pm today 2/27/23 when I ordered was VERY unprofessional, lacked customer service skills and the ability to understand a simple order that was placed. All I wanted was a corrected order which I wasn’t even upset about and Emily proceeds to tell me I did order what was incorrect because she was listening through the headset. Even though it was clearly a man who took my order. She had an employee tell me that I needed to get back in line if I wanted the order corrected because they have cars waiting. Clearly I can see that because I was just one of the cars waiting. After being upset I assume she proceeds to give me a refund for the incorrect order and take that meal (no big deal). After looking through the sack she gave me the order that she said she was giving me a refund for. At this point I go in the place and she said she told me she was giving me a refund for the #2 - why idk because that was the correct order. Clearly she is very incompetent. After leaving with a refund I decided to call and ask who was over Emily - guess who answers the phone EMILY. She tells me that she can’t give out that information. I ask why, she says that I need to call back later. I asked for what, she then says to call back in the morning. She finally gives me a name. So clearly that was a lie that she couldn’t give out that information if she provided a name in the end. The thing is the whole time all I ordered was 6 soft tacos and 2 drinks total and if her nor the 4 other employees that came to the window couldn’t understand the simplicity of that order, I have no words. She definitely could use...

Today is Mother's Day there were only two couples in the whole place my grandson's and I arrived... Oh did I mention it's the one on Towson 😰 the food was not as it looks in the pictures!!! The dining room was filthy!!! I counted at least five tables with multiple crumbs and Spills on them!!! The floor was also dirty with several dry spills underneath the chairs as well as food crumbs everywhere!! We said there for approximately 45 minutes at one point a young woman came out with a broom and a dustpan and swept under one table.. now I don't know where you're from but where I come from Paris Arkansas it is a common fact that you should wipe a table off before sweeping a floor!!!! These fast food places which we used to love have turned into a place you wouldn't even want to take your mother LOL and it is Mother's Day!!! I am not a person to disrespect anyone or anything unless I feel it needs to be said I would have to write Taco Bell on Towson in Fort Smith Arkansas minus 10 Stars.. the jest of my somewhat short story 😂 is you have two couples one grandmother and two children at least seven or eight people working in the back and the service Wes most appalling 😠 it's almost as though when they started trying to make food healthier the place is got dirtier as far as the upkeep of the tables in the dining room area ❣ I dare not Venture into the bathroom because of the dining room was that bad I Can Only Imagine the disgust of what we would call...

I ordered the new loaded nacho fries. The fries tasted as if someone had microwaved them and forgot to put seasoning on them. They were extremely disappointing especially because they didn't resemble the picture in any way shape or form. They put maybe a table spoon of beef on it and the whole thing came upside down. My child's food was poorly made as well. I waited at the counter for about 7 minutes before an employee asked if I had been helped. There was a single employee who was helpful and friendly. The rest didn't care to even pay attention or notice we were there. They seemed as if they hated their jobs and couldn't wait to leave. The tables were disgusting with food all over them as well as most of the chairs and floor, but I decided since we were having lunch together, I'd ignore the mess and clean a table and chairs myself. We finally sat down and what do ya know, Methanie and Methaniel walk in and start trying to converse with my child. After ignoring them, they started fighting about who was going to pay for the city bus and that's when I decided I was completely done with that place. As for me and my family, we will no longer be ( what my child likes to call it when we go to the same fast food/restaurant at a different location) "trying new places'' when we already have a perfectly good one a few miles down the street...
