Taco Mayo — Restaurant in Fort Smith

Hi there , i ordered 4 crunchy tacos from the Taco Mayo on Towson Ave in Fort Smith Ar , each taco had about 5 to 10 maybe 1 inch long stands on cheese on each one , I don't think they would barley register on a oz scale. I called to let the Mrg. Know and she offered me 4 free ones on my next visit , I accepted. I was calling to just let them know and wasn't expecting anything free . Well today i got those 4 free ones and the same thing . i called to talk to the Mrg. but she was gone , a girl said she was in charge , and said she personally made those tacos and they had the right amount of cheese on them . Which I replyed to her no they didnt , I also told her i used to work for Taco Mayo in the 90's ( And to set record straight i love Taco Mayo food , and had no bad feelings twards them at all ) so I have a good idea of how much cheese should be on them . So in her sort of condescending smartelicy tone in her voice told me there is a certain amount of cheese that goes on them and she cant over stuff them , which i replied i didnt want any free tacos even if she was to offer , I just wanted to inform her that some one is severely scrimping on cheese on crunchy tacos . Then i said good bye and she said she would keep an eye out to try and find out who was doing it then we hung up . Then i though to my self she said she made those tacos then she said she would keep an eye out for who was doing it ....

We just left Taco mayo, we got our Order taking at around 9:00pm, my husband ordered three bean Burrito's, large Dr. Pepper and a bottle water. There was two vehicles in front of us and two behind us. We was in line for 15 minutes the two cars plus ours turned off our vehicles because it was taking so long. We finally got to the drive through window and she hands us our drinks and we pay and didn't bother to tell us sorry for our wait. We then waited for about ten minutes more for our three bean burritos so we turned off our car again. Five minutes later we finally got our food, where at last she apologize for the wait. We could see that they were looking at the computer screen so lost in what they were doing.. After all said and done we was there for 30 minutes.

I know the owners which are very lovely people and Lisa Williams that use to work there, she was the Best. So I know this is not...

I don’t know who owns the taco Mayo I’m fort smith Arkansas on Towson avenue. I just had a bad experience from there the lady at the register was very very rude when she was checking us out. I don’t know if she was having a bad day but she don’t need to take it out on customers especially the customers that go there everyday and spend $30 on lunch everyday. I won’t be doing that ever again I won’t even be eating there every again I own a business and I know you need great customer service to keep customers. Well just letting you know that lady don’t have good customer service. Didn’t get her name cause they don’t wear name tags but she had a tattoo on her right arm and a very little tattoo on...
