I would just say my experience here, was extremely poor. I paid around $280 for my daughters 1st birthday here & let me say, it was not worth that much money at all. I got there 30 minutes early to set up whatever room we were going to be in and I get told that we wouldn't have the room till 2 o'clock, & the party started at 1, but the kids could go play for an hour. Then I bring in extra party stuff, which with a booked birthday party for that much, you would half expect pitchers of drinks for it, but no. They literally ran down a family member and down right refused to let her bring in some extra drinks, just bought and unopened. After I tried to explain to, i guess it was the manager, that I thought it was ridiculous that I paid $280 just for 2 boxes of kool aid jammers and a small room & had to pay for extra drinks, she then continued to tell me that they would be happy to provide us with extra drinks that I had to pay for, after I had already bought drinks in the first place. So we put the drinks back in my car, go back inside & cut my daughters cake and eat the 2 pizzas, and once done all the kids wanted to go play again and they literally refused every little kid with my party, a chance to go play again, said there was a private party & that they were only allowed 1 whole hour to play, now if your a parent, 1 hour is nowhere near enough time for a child to have fun. I was refused to bring drinks in for our family, so nobody would have to pay, they refused little kids a chance to have fun after the cake and the only thing that was coming out of their mouth was "You can pay", the same exact drinks I had already bought I would have to buy again, from them. It was over priced, money grubbing & extremely rude management. Not worth my money that I had saved up specifically for my daughters 1st birthday. Now, I'm military and I'm only an E-3, and I am stationed in one of the most expensive states in the US, so I want my to see my money being used to the max and this place to me, was maybe worth $100. On one of my little sister's birthday, she rented a bounce around for 6 hours for only $120 and my dad served hamburgers and hot dogs. For the price I paid I could get a hotel with a indoor water park, just for one night and i could get way more out of that. This almost ruined my mood on something that was supposed to be the happiest day of my life and something that was supposed to let me relax and spend time with my family....
Read moreI can't even begin to explain the simplicity of this and how that is why it is absolutely the most fulfilling place to take your children for an amazing few hours of just our JOY and FUN! This place is full of kind and caring staff, all pretty young but they are hard working and seem knowledgeable in what they're doing. They are also constantly walking the interior of the building, checking, observing, and enforcing guidelines for the safest play possible for your children. The blow-ups in here are in pretty great shape considering they are being pummelled and beaten for several hours, several days a week! There is a nice variety of all sizes, a new monitored toddler play area (where age requirements are strictly enforced to ensure SAFETY for the littles!), and a few obstacle-course type inflatables. There are plenty of bouncies for every size, shape, and age range. Standard rules including sock-wearing and no outside food/drinks, but we've never had an issue with bringing in our toddler's cups/snacks. The cost is a real winner in my eyes because it is SO cheap and I hope it STAYS that way. These people have a heart and understand that just because you COULD charge an arm and a leg for something, doesn't mean you HAVE to and this allows us to have another affordable and SAFE option for interactive fun for our kids and community. They also have a teen night, which is pretty awesome for those with older kids who want a place and time to hang out or meet others in the area their age. All in all, I absolutely will say YES to this place. The only thing I would love to see would be longer hours and possibly more days/times available for free play. Other than that, zero...
Read moreI had my daughters 6th Birthday party here this past Saturday. For starters, we arrived 15 minutes early as told by the person I spoke to when I booked the party so we could get into the room and set up if need be, they told me for 15-20 minutes they were still cleaning the room so we got into our room 5 minutes after my scheduled time.. We began our 1hr jump time and about 10-15 minutes before the hr was up the prior party and the party scheduled after my daughter’s party came out DURING our jump time and started jumping. These kids from the other TWO parties were much older kids and not only ran into myself but almost ran over my daughter and my friends kid who’s 1. We were ushered to the party room so my daughter could do her cupcakes and presents, while opening the presents a worker came in and rudely told me you have 10 minutes left so we had to rush through the ending part. I paid for the barrel of monkeys packing which includes the party favors for up to 20 kids and a shirt for my daughter.. I did not receive the party favors and when I asked about them, the worker said “oh they’re coming” to which I replied the kids have already left… and the kid looked at me and said “ do you still want them?” I told him “no”. I went to walk out (without my daughter’s shirt) only to turn around and ask for the shirt because they did not give it to me. I will not book a party here again, my daughter did have fun but I was disappointed with the service received for the...
