Subway — Restaurant in Roland

Sent out two sandwiches that was waiting for an hour to be picked up by door dash since that's who they partner with ( I had no idea they were partnered with door dash) . Couldn't even eat the sandwiches because 1. They were sitting out for an hour and it's lunch meat. I was afraid they messed with our food because of how rude the owner was to me .

I contacted door dash because she (the owner) told me that's what I had to do before telling me to figure it out myself because she likes to emphasize her words but doesn't like it when someone emphasizes their words in Response , well door dash told me the store is the one who has to refund me and being a business owner she knew that but didn't want to give me a refund for over an hour old sandwiches and I have time stamps for it all since I used the app and they send emails when the time has expanded two times and each time it's 30 minutes. Pick up time was 5:23 we didn't get our sandwiches till 6:26. So no refund or sandwiches because no one wants to get sick ...so we made French toast ...which costs us 28.83 .......

It's the fact they sent out lunch meat sandwiches after they have sat out for an hour!!! Not a sorry for your inconvenience...

We own a business in Fort Smith but drive all the way to Roland to get a great meal. Subway's in Fort Smith are terrible. You get very little meat, virtually no cheese. They shave that stuff so thin that you can read a newspaper through it--just kidding but it is so thin. I am sure that the corporation sells the same thickness, but somehow Roland is superior for some crazy reason. Tahlequah store is great also. I don't know why the Subways in Fort Smith are not as good. The workers in Roland are happy to see you and will accommodate you. Fort Smith will not make the chopped chicken salad but Roland will??? My wife won’t hardly go to any other subway! - they cater to your wants snd needs! The food is FRESH and DELICIOUS!! I like sandwiches and eat at Subway often. Its a small store that was supposed to close 2 years ago. They don't do enough business to keep 2 employees there at all times so it can stack up fast and that tends to frustrate employees so keeping people there long enough to learn something is probably tough. Its not the best Subway as far as getting it quick goes but its a clean store and a little patience and courtesy go a long way. If you are a large group, need it fast, or have big orders; especially in the evenings, a better bet is down the road at the casino travel plaza.
