Taco Bell thinks the future is here, but they just dropped out of our future! Like someone said in the previous review, the menu is missing and where there should be a cash register was an ugly shelving unit. It is not an attractive entrance for a store. An employee said we had to use the touch screens. We aren't sure what we want when we go in so always peruse the whole menu. You cannot easily do that on a small screen. You have to scroll through numerous tabs to see what they offer. Do I want a taco or burrito? To find out I have to open each tab separately instead of having a panoramic view. And then after finally having the order ready, we still have to talk to an employee to get a senior discount or the company makes money if you choose to forget it because it is too much bother. This has nothing to do with customer satisfaction, but money saving for TB. We usually love TB food. We settled on the Enchiritos. It certainly didn't look like the picture - the cheese was sparse. It tasted nice but there wasn't enough of it to warrant a $4.00+ cost. The motto of the world used to be - the customer is always right. It apparently now is - company profit is might... We won't be stepping in there again. We may use the drive thru until they screw that up also. Taco Mayo here we come!!! They have awesome...
Read moreFirst is my old review, followed by my new review: The breakfast crew is fantastic. They never get my order wrong and are always friendly. They are the reason this rating is not a 1-star. The rest of the time, this is a terrible location. I have never had an order made correctly when ordered in the drive thru, and when I ordered at the counter last week, it took 30 minutes for the two guys in the back to make my food. They kept laughing and joking, messing up orders and having to remake them. The work station was a mess, there was garbage everywhere, there was a huge mess on the floor. The girl at the drive thru was the only one who seemed serious about working. She was professional, apologetic, and went out of her way to clean up the mess made and left by her coworkers. All-in-all, this is the single worst restaurant I have ever been to.
Update: This location is under new management and it shows! The entire staff is friendly and professional, the food is correctly prepared, and the one and only time there was an error it was remedied promptly and with impeccable service. This has gone from being the worst place in Roland, to one of the best locations anywhere. I look forward to frequenting this Taco Bell for...
Read moreWorse Taco bell I have ever been to ever. I've been here at least 6 times and have gotten my order correctly worst service just everything is bad . Always out of something and don't fill up your tacos. It just bad everywhere. I am currently sitting in the drive thru stuck and it's been 10 minutes and still haven't moved. It needs to be shut down and started up by someone else. Edit As I got my food and first thing we didn't have any large cups so no discount because they are out and just found out they don't carry nacho fries anymore. All my food went to the trash when I got home because all the meat and beans was burnt black and you could smell it coming out of the bag. It was so bad I am not going to even feed it to my dog because it might give it cancer immediately. The manager and district manager everyone should get fired over this stores performance. Even worse Taco bell should shut it down for hurting it's name. The people that are on the night shift should just quit because you have to be joking if you don't see an issue and nobody should hire you have you get laid off from here and sorry for ordering food at your store. Next time I will just drive to Fort Smith and...
