Don't go here. Possibly the worst dining experience I've ever had. Waitress followed us to our gate demanding that we pay her, after the bartender had told us to leave without paying since no one had brought our food or given us our check. I feel uneasy and quite frankly gaslighted by the waitress, who told us it was our fault, even though we had asked multiple restaurant staff if we could please pay them for the food we never received.
If you're interested in details, here they are:
Waited 10 minutes at table upon arrival without being acknowledged. -Found menus on our own. Should have just left at this point. -Ordered waters, coffee and prosecco, as well as two entrees. We were only brought prosecco -- no water, no coffee. -In 15 mins, our entrees hadn't come, and our waitress was nowhere to be seen. -I asked a different server if we could pay and have our entrees boxed. -5 more minutes passed. -I asked the bartender if we could please pay either for what we've had so far or for everything, whatever he thought was fair. He said it wasn't possible for him to ring us up. -Our waitress emerged from the back with our food. I told her it was too late and that we just need to pay her right now. She refused and said she was going to box the food in the back, and then come back. -A few more minutes passed, and I asked the bartender again if I can please pay. He said to leave without paying. -We went to our gate and were getting in the boarding line when our waitress ran after us and demanded payment, blaming us, saying we never told her that "we were in a hurry." I said that we did tell the restaurant, and that we were told to leave and not to pay. I paid her the full payment even for the coffee she never brought out, plus a tip. We got no food. I'm on my flight and still hungry.
I don't usually leave reviews, but this situation was so bizarre, and it just feels wrong. I blame management and not necessarily the waitress; however, it did feel uncomfortable to be followed to our gate after the restaurant staff told us to leave. Very odd...

Myself and 2 coworkers met there before flying out back to our respective offices. No one waited on us so we used the app QR code on the table. We each put in our order on our individual phones. Somehow they duplicated coworker 1 dish with coworker 2. They blamed the app but quickly replaced it with the correct order. Coworker 1 has an earlier flight so he pays by the app and leaves. Me and 2 stay awhile longer. Eventually the waitress and manager come up to me and say that Coworker 1 put himself on my tab and hand me a receipt. They blame the app again. We cannot call Coworker 1 because his flight has already departed.
I fly back home and check the email that the app sends it bill to. Turns out that only my order was on my ticket. I email coworker 1 and he confirmed with his bank that he paid. Only way the paper receipt can be different from what the app emailed me was if they made the change themselves. DISHONEST.
As for the food. Nothing special. Nothing bad. Not...
Read moreChanging planes in MSP, and stopped for a bite at Republic. Its early, 9am, but i wanted something other than bfast. They won't budge on that... Only serve other food after 11. I get it... They are setup for bfast...
I ordered the bfast w/ two egge, bacon, sausage and potatoes for $14. I asked for eggs fried hard, unbroken. I don't eat yolks, and anytime I order whites only, they come 'whipped', which ruins them in my opinion. Having it unbroken allows for easy removal of yolk.
The eggs were fried hard, and broken. More than that... They were almost scrambled. I asked 'nicely' for a redo. The waitress asked the cook, and he or she refused! Waitress was sweet, but I dont know whats wrong withthe cook. If he or she doesnt know how to crack an egg on a griddle without scrambling the yolk, he or she shouldnt be cooking. It isnt freakin' brain surgery.
Potatoes were good, meat OK. I liked the excess of butter on everything (seriously).
Sorry, the attitude of the cook ruined a good start to a...
