Audio Xpress of FWB — Local services in Fort Walton Beach

I recently visited Audio Xpress to upgrade the stereo equipment in my 2022 Chevy Silverado 1500, and I have to say, I was extremely impressed with the service I received. From the moment I walked in, the staff was courteous, friendly, and eager to help (I had been to several stereo shops before this one, that I was not impressed with).

The team at Audio Xpress is really knowledgeable when it comes to stereo equipment. They were able to provide me with valuable advice on what equipment would work best for my specific needs, and they took the time to answer all of my questions.

The installation process was smooth and professional, and I felt confident that my vehicle was in good hands. And when I finally turned on the stereo, I was blown away by how great it sounded! The sound quality was clear and crisp, and I couldn't be happier with the end result.

As I sit down the street from this place, I write the review you read now before you. I just left sorta peeved, to be honest folks... I need (still do) to buy two 8" car sub-woofers to replace two in my truck's enclosure.

Now, I walked in and had to initiate the conversation with the youngin' behind the desk because I... well, I don't know. Maybe, he thought I was some dumb tourist? Regardless, eventually he fetched the car audio installer who looked and sounded like I just told him to go wash his mouth with soap when he hears my speaker enclosure is still sealed (11+ screws is what I said), I said I needed 6" subs, and I'd go check. As I'm googling the answer, I grab a screwdriver and start takedown to prepare for install.

Then I find out I need 8" subs, and simultaneously, "Eureka!" I realize... he didn't offer a lick of help. So, I packed up and left. 2 stars because the AC worked and it looked like they had the parts I needed. Oh, well. Been scooting around the Choctawhatchee Bay area for a few years now btw, (9). I was hoping they'd upsell me to an amp and...

I had went to another installer that had kept my jeep for over 6 months and had really done some damage to my 2017 4 Door JKU. Freddie and his Uncle with Adventure Marine and Car Audio got my Jeep in, cleaned it up, Took my vision, and built my dream DS18 system in 4 weeks. It not only looks amazing, but it sounds out of this world. Played in a DS18 Sound off at Jeep Jam and got a crowd applause and was one of the top sounding jeeps. I could not Thank them enough for all that they have done for me. I Highly recommend them and will definitely be back with our SxS and other vehicles. Thank you again for everything! One Happy...
