Patios Plus — Local services in Fort Walton Beach

We’ve been using Patio Plus for years. We’ve had our outdoor pvc furniture since 1994 and it’s still just as sturdy now 30 years later. The only thing we’ve had to do is change out the cushions. While it may be a sticker shock for some, these cushions last YEARS and you will get every penny out of them and then some.

My sisters and I recently lost our mom and dad and it was time to get new cushions. I knew the only place to go was to head to Ft. Walton and see Mr. Mike. He was so kind to walk me through everything from the different fabrics to the different furniture they offer. He listened, was patient and answered all of my 3711 million questions. I shopped around at 4 other stores and while Patio Plus may not have been the cheapest, they have a proven track record with our family and Mr. Mike made me feel like family so it was a no brainer. I ordered my new cushions and they arrived today. My expectations were completely blown out of the water, they looked even more amazing in person. I also ordered a new table and it’s beautiful too.

I also want to take a minute to say thank you to Mr. John who delivered my order to me today. He was SO kind and thoughtful. He set everything up and even tightened a few of my chairs that I didn’t even realize were loose. It’s HOT today and I was willing to help but he never let me lift a finger and he did it all with a smile. To my surprise, he said I’m going to take these old cushions and table and we will dispose of them for you. I was completely shocked because normally a company wouldn’t do that OR they would charge you EXTRA to do it. He was a gem! I can’t thank Patios Plus enough. You have been part of our family for years and will continue to be a staple for us.
