Update 10/14/19! Although there was an item missing from my online order I picked up, when I called. This manager not only explained why the item was mistakenly forgotten, she immediately asked if I could return and she would make it right! She was very nice and apologized. She was very helpful and made the issue a non issue with her attitude and service! I hope her boss reads this, she deserves recognition! Perfect customer service in light of a mistake!
Gone down hill since the last time we were here. Everyone has to pull over and wait for meals in the drive through. I thought it was bad the last time I came. They don’t even serve the grilled chicken on the menu.
Update to add: I left drive through needing to park on the side and wait like the 3 cars in front. After waiting for my order parked, An employee came to my truck and asked if I had blah blah. She named off exactly what I ordered. So I said yes, took my bag of food. Got home and.....nothing in the bag was my order. NoTHING! So I went back, this time I went inside and one of the young ladies in the back asked me if she could help, I said yes and started to explain, as I was mid sentence, she started talking to another guest, I paused and waited. When she was paying attention again I continued to explain I had the wrong order, she starts talking to another customer, asking them (over me talking to her) if they got enough to eat! Again, while I was mid sentence explaining. This time I still kept my composure and waited for her to finish. I assume she noticed the look on my face or just realized she was extremely rude and said sorry, go ahead. After explaining. She told the girl that brought my food to me. She then came over and asked what was wrong again! I started to explain when an older lady (I can only assume was the manager) took over and asked the same. After I explained, she started to say what I got was what I ordered with a couple mistakes, Until she heard what All I ordered. Then she was apologetic and offered extra green beans. She was nice and polite, and even though a large green bean did nothing to compare with the inconvenience and irritation of the rudeness of previous staff, I accepted and didn’t make a scene. The only reason for the 2 star is because of (who I assume to be the manager). Sad part is, This is the 4th time in lasts year that we ate there and 3 orders were wrong.
The truly odd part was, when I ordered, they repeated what I ordered. When I paid, they repeated what I ordered, when she brought it out to my truck, she said what I ordered. When I got home and seen the wrong food, looked at my receipt, And it had my name, but NOT what I ordered! WTH?!?!? Popeyes here I come! Read moreTonight, Nov 23rd, I was the MOST unfortunate DoorDasher to have the displeasure of receiving terrible service. I received 2 orders (1 @ 6:07pm & 1 @ 6:15pm). I got in there at appx 6:09pm. I was there waiting until after 6:53pm for 2 orders.
The manager on duty, a short, dirty blonde gal, thin, stopped her team from working, yelled at her team to stop making the orders for the front, that she told them she would take care of it. It wasn’t 3 minutes later, that she yelled at her team again, wondering why items for her orders up front had not been started. I was irritated until I heard at about 6:40pm, her inquire about 2 chicken littles (part of my last order) had not been started. I then became P*SSED OFF!!!!
During this time, there were 5 regular patrons, and one other DoorDasher, that came in, ordered, got their items and left. There may have been a couple more, but I started counting when I became upset.
When she finally brought me the last order, she informed me, “sorry for your wait, I put 2 extra cookies in the order.”
I lost an hour and ten minutes of money making time over her incompetence. I love me some chicken. I will never go to that store as a guest to eat myself, and WILL NEVER accept a DoorDash order for that...
Read moreOrdered on drive thru for a 16 piece original recipe. A chicken sandwich with no mayo and a 3 piece chicken strip meal. After I ordered was told it would be 20 minutes because they were waiting on white meat. We said that's fine. It's going to be hot chicken. Told to pull over in the parking lot. We waited at least 30 minutes or more before we went inside. We sat in the lobby because it was crowded with other people waiting on food. Once everyone inside got their food. We still waited until we said . Will just get our money back went to the register. The girl that's boxing up the food has screwed us before with the same situation. Some girl with reddish pinkish hair. Asked what we were waiting on. She going to say it's going to be about 11 minutes. We already have waited earlier 30 minutes. Everytime this girl works and we have to wait for food. She always gives other people their food first even though we were there before other people showed up. They are inconsiderate and very rude.
