I don’t ever leave bad reviews! But, I made an appointment for my daughter to get her ears pierced. We showed up exactly at our appointment time. No one was there. We waited 25 minutes no one ever came to the booth. There was another couple waiting as well that had said they were waiting for 45 minutes! I went to another booth to ask what was going on, maybe assumed they went to lunch? The other booth person explained to us that this person will just open up the banter booth but leave and go feed their cats and just not be at their job all day. Super frustrating when you have an appointment and you can’t even get a service! Will never come back lol do not go to this place! The lady at the counter was very nice and friendly. but the product quality wasn't worth the price at all. I bought a few pieces and came home to find out that they were nothing but trash for the price you paid for them. One of the pieces was so thin that you felt like it would easily break just by taking off the posts. The second piece has a very rough back, and it felt like it would easily scratch your earlobe from the rough edges. The pieces are pretty, but the quality is nothing but garbage when they sell them for a high price. I will not buy anything from this place again or recommend anyone to them either. I had an MRI several weeks after a fresh piercing. I got a double, paying over $100. It showed that while we paid for 14k earnings they had metal in them, do I was forced to take then out. In that time they had both closed off, but I managed to get one back through re-puncturing it. We went right back to the pagoda and explained the situation.
