Worst customer service I went today And I got this purse that had a sticker on it for $4 dollars I paid for it and everything until the lady in the yellow shirt commented it’s a nice purse and it came out to be really cheap when the lady in the orange shirt heard that she took the bag out of my hands and said that that’s not the price the price was like $20 $25 and was really rude about it and I told her that’s the price I even took a picture and I told her that’s the price that was on there 4 dollars and she’s like no it was like 20 $25 that’s not even the price if it’s that price we would’ve had to pay the difference and it would come out of my paycheck so I was like OK so she kept on calling the person that was selling the merchandise they would not answer and they were really rude the lady in the yellow shirt was pretty nice but the lady in the orange shirt was really rude I told her I have my right if I pay for it I can leave but I feel bad for the lady in the yellow shirt because it would’ve come out out of her paycheck I don’t know why would she think that I was lying and if in that Section it was $5 $1 $3 dollar stuff There’s ways to talk to people don’t have to be all rude about it they should fix their prices I end up getting my change back. I wasn’t gonna be arguing about a used purse last time going there🤦🏻‍♀️. They had an old manager that was always really nice about everything and would’ve worked things out and called the people to fix everything make everything right but people like this you can’t talk with or fix anything Bad customer service people like this shouldn’t be working there I guess they get paid pretty good for that...

I came to visit the place to look for decor for my business. I have shopped here for many years. This visit the people working there and even management were extremely rude. So sad to see a place that was once welcoming and friendly run down. I walked in at 5pm and had lights turned off on me at 5:15. The sign says it closes at 5:30. When I confronted staff there response was "come back tomorrow we are tired." So sad a business runs like this. You dont treat customers this way. Customers should not have lights turned off on them at 5:15 when your store says it closes at 5:30pm. Get staff that cares and has a heart and can treat people that want to spend money...

Where do I start. Was a dealer there for over 20 years and had no problems but when the new owners came along and changed everything the place became one of the disgusting places I’ve ever seen and on top of that, Martha the owner stole furniture and items from dealers. It’s a shame how several dealers carried that store for years to have a thief ( Martha owner) to totally ruin it for everyone. So be aware if you go in there thinking your going to make money, you won’t be able to cause ( Martha owner) will just steal...
