I was in town visiting family and friends and decided to stop by Fort Worth Indian to check out their rather large pre-owned stock. Got to the dealership to find out half the bikes we were interested in were just taken to auction and no longer available. Not a big deal. They still had a few bikes in our price range that were in good shape and one I really liked and was ready to make a deal. The salesman David was really nice and was up front with us the entire visit. We also brought a bike to trade and David mentioned it shouldn't be an issue of what I had in mind the bike was worth. Harley Davidson next door was giving retail for trades and David let us know that it shouldn't be an issue to match their offer. However, once we started talking soft numbers and David went to speak with the owner a few times, he kept coming back with bad news. Eventually, David told us the owner straight up "didn't want my bike" and was only giving me 1/2 of what the bike was worth. He also sent David to give us "hypothetical" numbers on what it would take to get the bike down to the payment I wanted and still said up front, the owner would not agree to the numbers but just wanted to "put it into perspective" what we were asking. By the last trip to see the owner, he came back and said he won't budge on your trade and after knowing Harley Davidson next door was giving retail for trade he said "go ahead and trade into Harley, but you'll drive off on a Harley." I couldn't believe it. The OWNER of Indian is telling me to go buy a Harley and won't budge AT ALL on giving me more for my trade or even coming off the price of the bike to compensate "not wanting my bike". I couldn't believe it and at that point I could tell he didn't care if he made a sale or not. He'd rather me trade my bike elsewhere than sell his bike and send my bike immediately to auction if he didn't want it so adamantly. So I walked out of the dealership and asked David to tell the owner he just lost a sale. To prove it, I've attached a picture of my 2014 Indian Chief Vintage I got from JPM Powersports in Hopkinsville, KY when I got back from my trip to Dallas. Ft. Worth Indian Owner must've thought I wasn't serious when I said I was ready to buy and jipping me out on my trade would just deter me from buying an Indian. Wrong. I'm a Happy new Indian Motorcycle owner but it's not because of the service I got at Fort Worth Indian. It's because of the service from JPM Powersports in Hopkinsville, KY. My recommendation is to avoid this dealer and go to Big...
Read moreThe sales person (Grant) was very kind, but he did not seem really interested in selling a motorcycle, nor did he offer me to take a test ride on the bike I showed interest in. He acted like I was wasting his time or interrupting his day. The store is very nice and clean. I'm not sure if I'll go back or not just because they do not seem interested in selling motorcycles. Indian motorcycles are very beautiful bikes, so why not try to sell them? Other motorcycle dealerships are all about trying to get you to test ride a motorcycle so they can try to make a sell, but not this one. I would really like to test ride an Indian and possibly buy one, but I don't think it will be from this dealership. Kindness alone is not going to make any sells. He did not seem interested in my 2020 Harley Davidson 1200 Iron as a trade-in. Maybe I'm just not classy enough for them. Whatever the reason, they were not interested in selling a motorcycle. Other dealership bend over backwards to try to make a sell. The only reason I'm giving two stars is Grant was kind. If it was not for him being kind I would have given one star. An update on Indian Motorcycle 3/22/2022: I got a reply by email that the general manger would be contacting me do to the poor service I received, and as of this date I have not heard from them. I am very surprised by the poor customer service that I have been receiving from them. They have very good reviews from other customers. If I get any sort of reply from Indian motorcycles then I will...
Read moreBeyond impressed and grateful to the staff at Indian Motorcycle especially my salesperson Matt Quick and the sales manager Byron Smith. I went up to check out a new Challenger Dark Horse after spending some time at the Harley store next door. Night and day difference in experiences. Matt was genuine, knowledgeable, and patient with me as I made my purchase decision. He and Byron put together a deal for me and were transparent in pricing and finance options. Byron handled all the paperwork and contracts, and you can just tell he’s a professional. No sleaziness, no old school dealership tactics. Unfortunately it started raining as I was set to take delivery. Byron offered on his own, to come in the next day (on his day off) and finish the delivery of the motorcycle so I didn’t have to wait until Tuesday. This is my 4th motorcycle purchase and beyond my best experience. I love my new motorcycle and it sold itself, but the customer service is the reason I purchased that day. Thanks...
