I did not know they were using door dash for delivery until I received a text. Then I received a text saying my order was delivered by Krystal but I never received it. I checked and made sure I added my apartment number, it was correct on the pizza hut website order but my apartment number was missing from the Doordash order. This means a pizza hut employee left out my apartment number when placing the Doordash order. I called pizza hut, Katy said she would resend the order again but she would still have to use Dordash.
Part 2 I called back t 45 minutes later to see if my order had been sent out. I spoke with a loud, rude woman. I explained my situation and said I spoke with Katy. She said there was no one who worked there named Katy. She said she did not have time for this and she many people waiting. She put me on hold. While on hold, I got ready and into my car. I didn't have my car previously when i made the order or i would have picked up. I drove down the street while on hold. No one ever came back to the phone and the call was disconnected.
When i arrived, i was not greeted, there was no customers in the store and the lady who had answered the phone, just stared at me. I believe she knew i just called but was surprised I showed up at the store. I told her i just called, explained to her the situation again. I told her when i called I put on hold and hung up on. I also told her, I was told Katy did not work at the store. She then said i must have talked to Kimberly, she went to the back of the the store to get her.
Kimberly, who i would assume was a manager, came to the front. She remembered i called, she said she sent a replacement order. I told her i did not receive the replacement order but I did not receive a text that it had been sent with out with Doordash. I advised I did not receive the replacement order and suggested that the doordash driver had stolen the orders. Kimberly said that the doordasher Krsystal had never come back so she may have.
Kimberly then suggested i could get a store credit or she could make my order now, it would take 15 minutes. I told her i would take the order and I told her to refund the delivery fee and tip, I 'd paid initially. She agreed and refunded me.
Here's what i think happened, the manager white girl Kimberly maybe scamming with the lady i spoke with who happens to be black lady with a ugly rusty gold tooth in her mouth, along with the Doordash driver, whom they might possibly know personally.
Had i not gone to the store, I would be out of $43 bucks. I was lied to twice, the manger gave a fake name (which I'm sure she does often), she also lied about sending out my order out a 2nd time. She had no intention of solving my problem whatsoever.
This Pizza Hut should be shut down. I know good help is hard to come by, customers can be rude, these people aren't getting paid enough however I don't care, if service is this bad then the store should be shut down immediately. After reading all the other reviews of missing orders and poor service, I'm done with Pizza Hut i see why people go to Dominos...

I am an Business Owner Myself and Let me Say the owner of this location should really be brought up to to speed on how their employees and management at this location are running their establishment. I ordered (1) Pizza and 8 wings and (2) drinks At approximately at 9:45 pm . 4 hours later then passed and i contacted the store to get a constant busy signal. then i immediately hang up the phone to call back and finally get someone on the phone after hours to tell me the delivery driver is on his way and that he would refund my money back to me. I was unsure if i should even have him still bring it ive dealt with places like this a lot and when the solution is immediately written off an an refund i get nervous simply because even though im getting a refund. i Have confidence the food would have been cold too. So then i ask the employee that answered the phone should i proceed to help them and come pick up but i did pay delivery fees already which is no big deal(plus im hungry and tired from work), He advised me no maam the food is on its way..... Another Hour passed and i still waiting well after closing hours. No call back to say anything and no pizza nor wings to top it off i get to look at my card today and no refund. By the way i had to go to Taco bell and order food and to my surprise while im there im looking over at pizza hut and you have employees walking out closing up with hands of food. This is totally unacceptable. I will be searching for the owner of this establishment NOT THE (GM) FROM THESE PREVIOUS COMMENTS THIS IS NOT AN FIRST TIME ISSUE WITH THIS STORE. And the general manager must has lack of concern to address and make a solution to this situation.Customer service in those type of occupations are very important the customer are the chain of command meaning that there is no establish if it has no customers to make profit to pay payroll , Give vacations, benefits, But mainly to keep your light on and business going. So for majority of most these comments to have the thing that they have im surprise this place is still in business considering its the only pizza joint on this side other than white settlement so i guess customer service doesn't mean anything when you know people have to come to you or drive a couple miles to the next one with no delivery . I ordered a large stuffed crust pizza, garlic knotted breadsticks, breadsticks and 5 marinara sauces. so it was supposed to be 40 minutes til I get my food. so I wait. when the delivery guy shows up, he has me sign. I'd prefer to sign after I know that all my items are there and I'd be more inclined to tip more. so I'm missing marinara, didn't appear they were all there. then the delivery guy was very rude. and then I searched and in the pizza box had the rest of marinara sauces. so I think everything is all good. when I get the food inside, I'm getting my plate ready and I notice all the marinara sauces are half full if that. so I call the location again and talk to Cameron the manager again. he says he noticed that they hadn't been filling the sauces and they were putting the smaller wings in the boxes for the orders. when I asked him if they were fixing these things he noticed, he said no. he said he mentioned it to his boss the new gm and that the not using the bigger wings and not filling the sauces may be from the new gm. the delivery guy showed back up, I told him through the door to leave. and after he left, he'd left food at my doorstep. I threw it away.
haven't ordered from them in a long time. they're kinda expensive and it seems their prices keep going up. I decided to order bread sticks, 6 marinara sauces and a large stuffed crust pizza. when delivery guy arrived 40 minutes later I didn't have bread sticks. delivery guy said we're right around the corner, I'll be back in 5 minutes. so it's been over 20 minutes now, I call this location and ask for the manager, he said the delivery guy just showed up and he's getting ready to head out now. personally I wouldn't give even one star.
