Gina Nail Bar — Local services in Fort Worth

It’s 7pm the sign says open till 7:30. However we were just turned away from being serviced. This place should either be by appointment only or close at 7pm if they’re turning customers away before closing hour's. Let me just go back to Elegance nails (in Saginaw) where they service you as long as you arrive before closing! Because obviously if I could come back tomorrow, I wouldn’t be here today 30 minutes before closing.

*edit response to Owner and Marsha I showed up to your establishment at 7 PM. Not after closing. Google and your business door say closing is 7:30pm. If you don’t want to service people past 7pm you should close at 7 or don’t take walk ins. And Miss Marsha, you're wrong to come post a LIE to protect the reputation of those who provide bad service. But since you did… Yes, when I close my business I do go home! However, if I were providing services on a walk-in basis I have agreed to accept clients up till closing...so if someone walked into my open business during business hours, I am going to service them. They may have to wait and I may go home late. But I would not turn them around. And this is coming from someone who is in the (beauty) service industry. For example, I went right to elegant nails in Blue Mound…they close at 7:30…my son and I walked in the door at 7:28. And both of us received our services, with a smile and refreshing beverage!! As a matter of fact, there were three more people who came in directly after us and they were all serviced as well. Anyway, not my business, not my pockets, not my problem! WORST PLACE IN LAKE WORTH MY FIRST TIME THERE THE 2 ladies were so sweet and did a full set on my toes and nails told me if anything happened to come back, I had 2 nails break a week later no biggy it happens, called to get it fixed before a wedding I had to attend I walk in and a dude greets me and ask immediately where I got them done I said I got toes and nails done here a week ago..literally have photos of me in here he walks off and goes get a lady she starts working on me them too go back and forth she asks me 3x When and where did I get my nails done and at this point I was just tired of repeating myself so I was just ignoring them. She was done fixing my nails. I told her thank you. She said you’re welcome. Have a good day. On the other hand, the guy wants to say see you in a week. I guess implying that I’m gonna be back to fix a nail in a week and the ladies spoke to him in a different language and I just walked out. it’s just a simple fact that if you didn’t want to fix it now I could’ve went somewhere else. I asked for the hombre nails and he did a very poor job. He then add shimmer to the nails to cover up the messes up hombre look. The next day I came back because the work he did was not good and my nails looked horrible. I asked him to take it off and since he was busy with a customer he turned me over to an older lady in the shop. I really don’t think she is licensed to do nails as she proceeded to use a nail tip to remove the dip after soaking my nails. We all know that is NOT the professional way to remove the product. She then use the grinder to take the product off. She was grinding my nails and not the product. I had to snatch my had back several times as she was damaging my real nails. I told her to stop and complained to the owner who wanted to continue working on my nails. Since I was almost in tears I left. I came back on Monday and he took the rest of the dip off my nails. He then put gel on my nails so it would looks so bad. Now 2 weeks later I am struggling to get the gel off no matter how long I soak my nails Otis not coming off. NEVER NEVER EVER would I go back. The guy was the owner and never offered a a partial or full refund for messing up my nails. It will take 6 months to 1 year to get my nails back into shape.
