Warning! If you have a health issue like not being able to have caffeinated drinks you can’t trust this company to care enough.
Me and my wife ordered through the app. She has a heart issue (which has been diagnosed by her doctor) which gets aggressive with caffeine but loves coffee. Her solution is to have decaf coffee which hasn’t ever been an issue. When we arrived to get the coffees the employee handed us our drinks but no label. I asked her which one would be the decaf. She said she didn’t know but the lighter one is usually decaf. I then proceeded to tell her we can’t take that risk and told her how she has a heart issue. She then said we should taste them to figure out which one is decaf. Surprised because how were we going to taste caffeine? I said I can’t do that and need this fixed. The coffees were taken back and she went back inside. At this time I was able to pull up to the window. Two of the girls were telling the guy who made them that it wasn’t marked which one is the decaf. He then guessed which one he thought it was and she tried handing them back to me. At this time I told them they will have to keep them because we can’t take that risk for her to have issues all day. This is not only frustrating because I know people have bad day but to not take something like this serious and to then become irritated when it’s not my wife’s fault is shocking. Read moreThis location lost a customer today! I visit this location multiple times a week but will no longer give this location my business! Whoever the manager is (she refused to give me her name) that has short pinkish hair is RUDE! She refused me service and took a picture of my license plate because some women who pulled up after me and used the second lane decided that she was willing to hit my car to cut in front of me and I said something to that women the manager treated me as though I was the person in the wrong. She was screaming at me with her screeching voice telling me that she was refusing me service and to leave and then pulled out her phone a took a Pic of my license plate. I asked her what she was going to do with that and all she said was I got a Pic of your license plate. This women who claimed to be the manager has no business being a manager because she has no people skills nor conflict resolution skills and acted like an unhinged lunatic by choosing to scream at me and cause a scene in the drive through. When in fact I had said nothing to the manager I only said something to the person who thought it was okay to cut in front of others who had been waiting. It's a bad idea to reward people who think they can cut in line. The person who did this will do it again and again because her behavior was rewarded by the unhinged lunatic so called manager of this location. Read moreWe came through the drive thru at 2:30pm on 09/02. The first lane was packed there was 2 cars that haven’t been helped yet but the employee was making his way back, so I pulled into the second lane where there was only 1 car that was already being helped. We waited there for the lady helping the car in front of us, but another girl came to take our order. We were stuck behind the car in front of us for at LEAST 10 minutes. While THREE new cars got helped and pulled through to get their drink we were still stuck behind this car. ALL BECAUSE the employee was standing there talking with the lady in the car ahead of us. The lady in the car must have also worked at the location because once the other employees finished taking all of the new cars orders they all went and huddled around the car in front of us. I already know this location is not the fastest but it’s ridiculous that these girls had no consideration for mine or the peoples behind me time. While they were standing in the same spot for 10 minutes, multiple cars who arrived after me got their drinks and left in a very timely manner. Oh!!! And once they were done chatting it up, one of the employees brought out her drink so SHE didn’t have to wait.
