This furniture company is the pits, I purchased a bunkbed set on a Monday paid full price, the Elva lady who claims to be the manager, she needs to go to customer service school and management school if she in fact is the manager, she is terrible, she stated mattresses would be in later that Monday they could deliver on Tuesday, I setup delivery for that Friday. Here comes 7:30pm on Friday no delivery, I call to see what happened, Elva tells me the mattresses did not come in, she had found out the Wednesday before they were not coming. I said OK you couldn't call to say this, she was very rude telling me she can't control the mattresses not coming. Yes, but you can control picking up a phone to tell me they weren't coming, this was the weekend before Spring Break, had a house full of guest coming I needed those beds for all the kids. I had to get roll out beds and blowup mattresses. A full week later then they are ready to be delivered, just for them to deliver the wrong mattresses so, I had to wait another day. Now, almost 3 weeks later I got someone to put beds together just to find out no hardware was included what so ever and no instructions. I go back to the store, now I'm told it comes from the manufacturer which is not open on the weekend I have to wait until Monday. This entire process of buying this bed set started March 3, 2019, here it is March 23rd 2019 and I'm still dealing with these idiotic no business ethic people. I made the purchase in cash for the table. I asked if I need to find a place to store it considering I will be moving out of state. And need time to situate a plan to care for my mother. She said take your time it will be here. I checked at a later date and saw the table in the store. Gave them update on my mother situation and was informed itâs fine here.    Read moreI got a sectional from them and the mechanics of it is messed up, one side leans and all the backs of the couch is loose. This is a bad couch! We asked to trade it for something that would not have the same mechanics and the manager would not even think about it. I have never had this problem with a furniture store. I have buying furniture for 17 years and this couch is the most expensive and the worst quality. They are coming to remove the couch from my home (not lend us another one while its gone) and bring it back after they "fix" it. They tried fixing it yesterday as well.
