First of all. It amazes me that there are only 2 Corporate stores out of ALL of the stores in Tarrant County. NOT GOOD. Especially when the Jacksboro location is Always a Long Wait snd Always a Long and Frustrating Disappointment. I AVOID that store like Crazy, because it is just that. The rare times I go there I'm riding with someone else and I need something and we Happen to b near there. Who ever is or has been in management there shouldn't have been and as of the last few months, shouldn't be. They hire so many people with no idea what customer service should even look like. They're so Very Unprofessional and lazy. They will kick back Anything they can for you to do yourself Rather than taking the Opportunity to Step Up and Actually Provide a High Standard (or any) of Customer Service. The Very Rare Occasions over about the last 10 Years they've had Anyone who Tried to Do Better than the Average Drone They Lose Them to a Different Place. I've Even Encountered a Young "Manager" who because he took exception with my complaint and how I expressed it Chose to Admonish me to Deflect the Problem. I Did Not Use Vulgar Language, Nor Profanity but he Did Take Exception to What I Said as Well as My Choice of Words. I happen to be a "word nerd" and can very descriptively express myself without the need for the typical "Infectives" that Very Frustrated or Angry Customers Often Throw Around. NOT HOW I CHOOSE TO EXPRESS MYSELF! I was Astonished to hear this Self Righteous Punk at least 15 Years my Junior Turn the tables, quite so quickly and in such a Cavalier Manner. Needless to say, Attempting Any Further Discussion would have served No Purpose for Me. I Then Left and Soon After Went Directly to The Hulen Store as I had Already Planned to do. At Least at the Hulen Store you have an Average to Good Chance of Getting Reasonable if Not Good Customer Service there on a Fairly Consistent Basis, with Exception of a Few who Belong at Jacksboro Hwy. Somehow Mistakenly Getting Hired on at Hulen, the Wrong Store. It Would Be Great IF METRO/T-MOBILE WOULD RAISE THEIR STANDARDS OF SERVICE IN GENERAL AND HIRE PEOPLE WHO ARE ABLE TO WORK WITHIN THOSE PARAMETERS.

Read moreMy mother went in today to add my 13 year old to her plan for her birthday present. My mom went ahead of time to see what all had to be done and how much it was going cost. There was an issue with what was told to my mother a few days ago and what was bieng charged today. The "manager" at this location was rude and anddid not try to resolve the issue at all. In fact she told my mother to call customer service and would not call herself because, as she stated, "This is your problem so you have to be the one to call them." So my mother called them while in the store, when the customer service asked to speak with the manager she refused to get on the phone and when they asked my mother to supply them with the new phones IMEI number the manager refused to hand my mother the phone to do so. So in the end my mother opened a seperate account for my daughter. The line my mother was going to have would not have cost anything extra a month because she had an open line that no one was using. To top it all off, my mother has throat cancer and is actively in radiation therfore she can barely speak which is why she physically went into the store ahead of time instead of calling because it is very hard to understand her especially on the phone. Thus type of service, especially from a manager, is unacceptable. If she doesnt want to help people then why be in customer service. Also even if she was having a bad day, guess what I can almost be positive it wasnt as bad as my mothers day as she left the store almost crying because the lady...
Read moreOh my goodness. Do not go to this location. I beg you. Lady I had was definitely mad already before I got her. Store was empty. Lady was rude when I asked for her manager. She scoffed at me. When he came out he was just as rude. She ran a diagnostic. Clearly my phone isn't holding a charge. She said well the diagnostic said it wasn't the phone's battery. It may or may not be an app. I said well which one. She didn't know. The manager wanted and so did she to clear my phone to reset it wipe everything.
I've only had my phone about a month. He said we have steps we can't just order you another phone. He said if you want to sit for 45 minutes and we can see if your phone is charging. Then we may be able to skip the reset process and order you another phone.
I walked in the door and stated that I charged my phone last night. Before I put it on the charger it was over probably 50% charged. Woke up this morning and it's at 19%. So more than likely it's my battery.
I'm already missing my first job because I need my phone to work. And I need it at my 2nd job. Completely unhelpful.
I sat in my car for over an hour hoping it would charge. Within 30 minutes it only went up a few %.
The lady who helped me was getting pretty heated with the customer who walked in right before me. And he just asked a question.
I think they have some issues in that store. Some major issues.
I hate to say it but I may be switching and go to another phone company. Corporate office here...
