Horrible In Store customer service. My oven broke last night and I had a party for my 12 yr old nephew the next day so I placed an online order last night to pick up at 10:45am the next day. KFC is one of his favorite places to eat. The order was placed and charged to my account. I checked my order before I left at 10:30am to pick it up and it was good. When I got to this location they told me my order was canceled. I was trying to ask them what happen and explained that this is for an event and asked what can I do, the manager didn't even speak to me. She spoke to her employee at the counter and all they said was that is was canceled. I told them I was still charged for it and they told me I had to call customer service for a refund. The staff was very disengaged and didn't give any sympathy. I never yelled or got demanding, but I was upset and confused and they just seemed to walk off. I called customer service while in the parking lot of this location and they couldn't refund my money and that I had to wait for the refund. I couldn't even buy my more food for my event because they took my money and wouldn't refund it that day. I got home and checked my emails and KFC sent me an email at 10:32am saying the order had been canceled. I had already left to go get it and I find it odd that they would cancel an order 12mins before it is to be picked up. I called customer service again and filed a complaint. The lady on the phone was very nice and that is the only reason I put one star. I personally feel like the store canceled the order on purpose or accident and instead of trying to fix the issue, they acted dumb. Read moreThese are the most rudest people I have met. This was my SECOND time going to this location. To give them a "second chance" they messed up my first visit here let me add. For starters the gentleman who was on the drive-through seemed to be rushing me to order. Also once arriving to the window the service was fairly quick but however my food wasn't hot and I ordered a family potato wedges those should be piping hot! they was not. We also ordered the four od the 2 for $3 little chickens. I specifically ordered Hot,BBQ,The original, honey mustard. Well after getting home mind you I live about 30 minutes from this location. Only to find out I had FOUR hot little chickens. I asked the guy to even repeat it and he said it correctly but still they pushed out four hot little chicken sandwiches. Which tells me that they're all about SPEED! But not the QUALITY of the product. Which should be the other way around if not equal. My fiance wanted to add some regular chicken, the little woman at the window. Told him could he come inside because there are cars behind us. LOL WTH. Where paying customers too. I will never return to this location unless they get better employees with better attitudes. Thumbs down you don't even deserve a whole star you deserve half a star.. Read moreEvery single time I have gone to this location there is ALWAYS ALWAYS ALWAYS an issue and I’m the type of person that doesn’t participate in surveys most times previously I have gotten wrong ordered never offered condiments unfriendliness. And today the girl was nice I made sure to ask for condiments and check for them. But I ordered fries instead of mashed potatoes and I get home only to see that my receipt says substitute fries and I didn’t get them. On top of that I have called the restaurant 3times and no one answered the 4th time someone picked up the phone and and quickly hung it back up! This is the worst fast food service I have ever had every single time I have gone there! It is so unprofessional not to mention beyond aggravating for one place to mess up every single time!! I will be posting my unsatisfaction on social media as well as yelp. And hopefully the next person that goes to your restaurant will not have to deal with all that I have dealt with at ur place...
