082923 I hate that I can't order a scrambled egg breakfast and expect to get real eggs in this place! Put a fake egg warning sign up, or allow order corrections.

080823 3 stars. Today was national Whataburger day. You get a free burger, but no one told me! I heard about it on 8/9/23!! Why do they get the order wrong so often but make impatient faces when the order is repeated to them? This was the Manager's posture today! Must be having a not so great day. On top of that, she gave my towards to someone else by typing my number in wrong.

070223 3 stars. Early in the morning, I enjoyed their potato taquito with onions and tomatoes, no cheese and a tea, but they put the onions on one end and the potatoes on the other!. At lunch 070123, I had a Whataburger, dry, no pickles, extra onions, with a garden salad, no cheese, no dressing. I add onions and extra tomatoes. Thing is, the serving size has been cut, but the price keeps rising. It costs a lot more, but it's healthier and tasty too.

2022 was uneventful... just sit and eat.

123121; look what happened today at my neighborhood Whataburger!

122321 2 stars because the woman taking my order was making faces because she couldn't find the no tortilla button as I place my regular potato Taquito no cheese order. She had to go ask questions twice. We had a no bun oil and no seasoning conversation, which was fine. When she called out my name after I scanned my reward app, I must have made a face because she said I have to do that. I said, no you don't. She explained why she has to and I listened. Then, I said no you don't cuz I've been to many Whataburger locations where that was not done, here included. She said you don't have to be rude. She took offense and stompted away saying somebody else will fi nish this, I don't have to take this. I'm a senior woman, but I must look mean. In my opinion, she was too sensitive. I did not curse or raise my voice. I looked at the other people there and realized I didn't have to be here either. As I headed over to make my tea, a Manger came out and also explained why they call out your name. He asked if I wanted my order. Guess he thought his explanation was better. I said I don't want to be here having to politely listen to this again. He said, "You don't ever want to come back?" To me, that was poor listening skills. I said, 'ever is a mighty long time,' and left. He bid me good day. I returned the sentiment. Man, we the people are super sensitive! What if I cursed or yelled? They, no doubt, would have called the police on me! I'm going to have to remember to put on my defuser attitude before leaving the house. Without it, I could get hooked up in some kinda mess!

Another day, 4 stars because service was courteous and my order was taken accurately. Had to get my bfast taquito remade, though... I should have ordered extra bacon cause I couldn't even find what I was served. Security was a nice plus with all the young adults coming...

I don't go inside the store I just use the drive-thru because I work 2nd shift and I usually don't get there till 1:00 a.m. it could be busy in the Drive-Thru one day the week and then the same day the next not so busy but somebody's always there. The one I go to jacksboro highway 199 never had a problem with my actual order understand it's Whataburger you going to have to wait in the Drive-Thru. Of course getting the mushroom Swiss burger right now while it's there delicious even late at night once I get home. Add some bacon to it everything cost right now but if you're going to go to Whataburger you know it their large size everything french fries drinks bigger than anybody else. I've been going since I was a little kid growing up in corpus Christi Texas still good hamburgers still good food to this day. Oh I did have a problem with this if you want cheeseburger make sure you say just a burger with cheese LOL I ended up with four whataburgers with cheese which I really didn't mind I'm the one that misunderstood that we were having a misunderstanding LOL. Thank goodness it was payday that day cuz when I thought I heard $14 it was 41.00 LOL I still took it to the house I just put the vegetables to the side and I had good whataburgers the next couple of...

Worst whataburger i have ever been to. Orders are almost always wrong, they cant even get a burger right that is ordered with meat, cheese and mayo only. It doesnt matter what time of day, or how busy they are fries are always room temp or cooler. Onion rings are sometimes reheated or double cooked in fryer. I have to order fries with no salt to get fresh ones. Only twice have i actually gotten a burger that had fresh cooked meat, always cool and dry overcooked meat. I think they precook them and then stack them somewhere. I brought a laser thermometer in with me before and a “fresh cooked burger “ showed 99 degrees on it. Truly pathetic in my opinion.staff and management are waste of human skin. Always at the drive thru i have to ask for ketchup, and 3 times they actually have turned and acted like they put ketchup in the bag….and guess what they didnt put any.sad thing is its the only whataburger close to where i live that has a drive thru that is wide enough to allow my work truck, a flatbed wrecker in it.
