Went threw drive threw window lady on speaker started being rude when we were ready to start our oder as she was taking long to as answer so we tried to get her attention to answer in different ways she quickly go on s my husband whistled and went off on how she said we can’t do that. We finished our oder and pulled up to the window only to see this same lady tell us how she was not gana take our oder as we started recording because she had no reson to deny only because she didn’t like the fact my husband whistled he asked for her name and managers info to file a complaint and she refused to give any information she took our license plate we pulled up to the lobby and me and my 7 mths pregnant hungry self and son got off with my wallet to place our oder I noticed the doors were locked… we were denied entry into the lobby aswell… As I knocked on the door I noticed she was still on the phone so I asked if she was calling the police as she took our lisence plate number and we waited instead for them to show as all we were there to do was oder our door and got bad service I called dirrect manager Haydee Garcia and only got a txt back but no phone call and was told she will look into the matter have not heard nothen yet as to what was done in the matter. Read moreI went here last week after ordering online the 6 piece chicken wing meal. When I got there I wasn’t acknowledged until about 5-10 minutes and when the employee asked if I had been helped I said I was waiting on an online order. She called off the order followed by we’re out of chicken. They said they couldn’t give me a refund in store so I had to request one online. After submitting it online I got an e-mail from the district manager and she said to call. When I called I she said she doesn’t manage the Jack in the box in that location and gave the manager my number. When he called he wasn’t told anything about what I submitted online so I gave him an explanation. Then he said they could’ve given me a refund at the store 😞 this was on Tuesday this week. Then he asked if I wanted the refund in store or back in my account. Since I wasn’t pressed for it I said in my account which he said takes 48-72 hours. Friday came and went so I called his number back and there was no answer…called the store…no answer. I’m unsure as to how I get my money refunded at this point. Read moreFrom what I understand doors are supposed to remain unlocked during business hours (lobby closes at 10pm). Unfortunately this location locks their doors at their leisure. I arrived around 6:30ish pm to find the doors to the lobby had been locked. There was a couple in the lobby waiting on their order so it’s safe to assume I was intentionally being ignored. After all, the employees intentionally ignored the phone calls, so I shouldn’t have been surprised by them ignoring me..The number to the store is actually posted on the door along with DM contact number. When the DM verified early closures must be approved and that she hadn’t approved it the store rep went back in the restaurant to take my order….. that she didn’t want to take and didn’t take.. she was young and extremely rude. Therefore it’s imperative she take some type of diversity training. When you foster unacceptable behavior and/or it goes unchecked, it’s not identified as an issue. Therefore the behavior continues /follows the person through adulthood . I will never go back to that location nor will I recommend that location. One day she’s going to get the wrong customer on...
