Little Caesars Pizza — Restaurant in Fort Worth

I sent my nephew to buy 2 boxes of pepperoni pizza from this Little Caesars and when he came back and I opened the box I saw that the pizzas had no cheese. It was just the sauce and pepperoni and yes the kids did eat the pizzas because they were hungry but they were complaining about the lack of cheese the whole time. I was going to let it slide but then I thought that it's not fair that I paid to buy pizzas that didn't have any cheese on them. So the next day I decided to call them to let them know that I had bought pizzas that had no cheese and the manager had told me that that is impossible and she told me that I should have returned it to get a new one. I told her that I didn't call to get my money back but to let them know so that they could pay a little more attention to it. I also informed her that I was going to write a review to warn others and she threatened me even after I told her I don't want my money back or anything. She said and I quote " I have your personal information and your phone number and I will make sure that you never get pizzas from here again if you write that review." After picking up my kids from school we swung by to pick up an online order. It was a total of 3 pizzas. My mobile order stated it was ready on the portal but when I tried to get it they told me they are still working on it.. okay no problem… waited almost 10 minutes which defeated the purpose of ordering ahead of time.. I get my order and come home. I start serving my kids and it’s clearly labeled two pepperonis and one cheese.. but when I opened the box labeled “Pepperoni” it was a 2nd cheese pizza… I called the store just to inform them and the manager on the shift stated “well what do you want me to do about it????” Excuse me? Pizza is great, but the service needs to get better. Operating procedures is also a must people can go in there and leave with pizzas they did not ordered or paid for. Cashier told me to come back in 11 minutes and as I was coming in she was calling out an order and no one responded, two guys were in there and they told here they were waiting on one pepperoni pizza. After 20 minutes later cashier pulled out the two pizzas she had called out earlier when I had walked in and the two grabbed them, those were the two pizzas I had ordered. Guys left laughing.
