Can’t trust their service unprofessional hire someone who doesn’t know how to do the manicure and look like she is confused all the time
This is my first time doing nails and it is for my wedding day. Normally I don’t paint my nails so I wanted to get only the regular polish not even the gel. Pedicure was okay but a little mess, so anther lady had to clean up. My nail stylist didn’t know how to do manicure AT ALL. First she cut my cuticle bleeding and it hurts a lot. Then she started filing nails in square without asking (all my nails shape are round). After that, she buffed my pinky nail so hard till it hurts and got a hole in it. I didn’t know how it would be like because this is my first time. It is clear that she doesn’t know how to the job. I don’t know how she got the license and how the shoo hired her. Finally, she asked someone else to file the round shape for me and I told her that I don’t think can wear nail polish cause it really hurts. She said I can come later to do the nail polish and she will give my $5 discount but I have to pay the manicure! Really!? They wanted to charge me for cutting my cuticle and drilling my nails to the skin but I insisted that they shouldn’t charge me for that. Not to mention, she told me that I had a hole in my nail before I came, It is not possible that she filed to my skin. That‘s absurd. If I got a hole in my nail, why would I need nail polish! 😡 I ended up only paying for manicure though but customer service is bad and she is very unprofessional. Also the shop is irresponsible. This is a nightmare!!! 😡😡😡
Update: it really hurts and is very sensitive and I cannot do my daily everything regularly. It is really hurt even when move or wash my hands and I will definitely have to go to the salon for...
Read moreI am not one to leave reviews, especially bad ones, but this was the most painful pedicure I have ever had and felt I should warn others. If I could leave 0 stars, I would. This was my first time here and judging by other reviews I figured they would do a decent job. The older lady who did my pedicure was named "Tammy", and my god was she rough! My toenails are small so I understand it can be a bit difficult to polish them without getting polish on my skin. She cut them down way too short and then filed them on top of that. I basically left the shop with no toenails. Just when I thought it could not get any worse, she kept messing up while polishing them and using her thumb nail (which was extremely sharp) to remove the polish off my skin and each time she DUG in, it HURT. She kept making me flinch each time she did it and I figured she would get the hint that she was hurting me, but she continued to do the same thing on each toe. Never asked me if I was okay. I honestly did not choose to say anything because she was old and I felt bad, but I should have anyway. I thugged it out because I thought maybe the massage would at least be good...it was not. She was still rough, and it felt like she was trying to finish as fast as possible (there was only two other people there that day). I left with a pedicure that looked like it was done by someone who used their non dominant hand on both feet. It is now Monday (I went on a Friday), and my toes are still SORE from the pain. Needless to say, it was a total waste of $78. I really should not have tipped but I don't have the heart to do that. I wouldn't say to not come here at all, but if you get a pedicure, have it done by literally anyone...
Read moreHave been there a handful of times in 7 years and each time I was disappointed. The last time I went, it was 2 days before my bday and the guy doing my nails couldn't get the nail on my left thumb right. I always get gel which is fairly simple to do. The nail just didn't look right and after he tried to fix it a few times I told him it was fine bc he wouldn't ask anyone else in the shop for assistance and i has been sitting there for awhile.(There were a couple of others that weren't doing anything there at that time) The next day after eating, I noticed there was space between the fake nail and my real nail on that thumb and food had gotten stuck in the space, so I used a floss pik to clean it. I went bk to the shop and he wasn't in, which I was fine with bc I didn't want him to try to fix it again anyway. The ladies in the shop said that they remembered me being there but since he did my nails only he could fix it and would be back in, in another 2 days from then. I just never went back after that. The...
