Chick-fil-A — Restaurant in Fort Worth

I would give 0 stars if possible. My co worker made a mobile order for food for a couple people at the office. When I arrived t o pick up my order, I ordered a separate Lg Sweet-tea & Lemonade drink. It sounded like she was training someone because she was talking about how she was making notes that it is a attached to mobile order but paying separate. When i got to the window the girl she handed my the food and said have a blessed day. I said I also had a separate drink I needed to pay for. She was like I don't see any thing her clicks a few buttons and said ok ill get that for you, i added to the mobile order so i don't need your card. I explained again i needed to pay for that separately. She gave me cash for it rang it up separately. Goes to hand me my drink (which wasn't even what i ordered) with the drink lid not on all the way and it busts all down the side of my hand my car door (inside and out), She says oh let me get you another one. She hands me my new drink and asks if i need some napkins. I said no thanks and pulled away from the window. I stopped in the parking lot to take pictures and see if anyone would come outside and see if there was anything they could do. After waiting only a few minutes i left in tears. I get back to the office clean my self up, pull my emotions together and give them a call. I said explained everything that happened and said i would like to have my car cleaned. The manager said I would come up there and they could wipe it down but there was nothing else he could. I explained at this point i have dried sugar all down my car and that a wipe down wasn't going to do anything. I asked if he could pay for a mini detail or something at the car was next door and he said no that there was nothing else he could offer me. He apologized that i didn't receive the apology i deserved at the time of the incident but that was it. Didn't take my name, number, offer a refund for my drink or anything. I called corporate she said they would send out a report to their leadership team and the Care Center. Ultimately there wasn't much corporate could do because most locations are individually owned. I will update if anyone actually reaches out to make this right. At this point my $2.40 Chick-fil-a experience has cost me over $60 and hours of my time.
