Thai Barn is consistently great every single time! I typically get pad Thai with chicken or beef, medium spice level, with the vinegar/chili sauce on the side. It’s honestly made so perfectly every time. It’s not too sweet and lacking flavor like some places; the flavor is the perfect amount of spice, sour and sweet, also not too dry and not too wet. I’ve tried so many times to make pad Thai at home using tamarind paste (not the packaged premade sauces) and it just never tastes the same. So I keep coming back here. The protein is never overcooked and too dry like some other places, too. The owners are always so kind and welcoming, and I love supporting their small business.

Aside from getting pad Thai, I’ve also had their pad see ew, duck larb, Lao sausage, fried rice, crispy pork, all of the curries, and I can’t remember what else. I can’t say a single bad thing about any of the dishes because I loved all of them. When it’s just me, I usually just place a pickup order, however, I’ve brought my whole family in before (party of 7) and the male owner in the glasses is always so kind and attentive. He refilled our waters, made sure we had everything we needed in a timely manner, and never had us waiting. The food even came out super fast for a weekday evening at regular dinner time.

I would say it’s one of the best Thai/lao places in Fort Worth when it comes to quality. If I weren’t moving out of state, I would continue to be a regular here. You can’t go wrong at Thai Barn, and if I could give them 10 stars, I would. I’ll be back whenever I...

This place used to be one of our favorite Thai restaurants in town. We literally ate here so much that my son would refuse! Anyway unfortunately our last two visits were nothing like we’ve experienced before. Today I ordered my usual with spice level 3. This is usually just the right amount of spice. Not today, it was so spicy my lips tingle and chest burned. I tried to eat it but it was way to spicy. And this is coming from a lover of Indian, Jamaican, and Thai food! It was closer to a 4/5. I went back to have it remade, upon which I was instructed to order a level of 1 or 2. I have the same dish from this restaurant more times than I can count, enough to know the difference… well they did agree to remake my food, however they also decided to remove the spice and gave me what taste like salt water! This time we wont be returning. Moral of the review… check your food and if its not correct you’re better...

I’m not for sure I have a food taste, but I would like to warn you guys so please make sure you have your complete order especially if you’re doing Uber eats or Any other they have your scan one bag and you could have more than one bag of food. They’re not tied together. There was multiple bags sitting on the table for to be exact. I scanned the bag that she pointed to, which is the lady who works there turned in Austin was everything in there napkins chopsticks utensils she said yes I left to drive 30 minutes away to deliver order to only find out that there was more than one bag. The other bag had no receipt no name or anything on it is what I was told, but I should’ve taken it. That’s what the lady who worked there said to me how would I have known that the other bag belongs to that order I could’ve been taking someone else’s order anyway Check do not let them rush. You make sure you...

We tried the following dishes Cashew Nut | Chicken $14.99 Stir-fried chicken with cashew nuts, bell pepper, white and green onion. Served with steamed rice. Pad Woon-Sen $13.99 Stir-fried glass noodles with cabbage, carrots, broccoli Chinese broccoli and egg. We also had egg rolls. Everything was delicious. The staff was so sweet. They even took the time to go over menu questions we had. Side note, on the spicy scale of 1 to 5 that they have..... a 2 level is more like a 4 level, so choose with caution lol

Service was attentive and friendly, definitely a mom/pop owned store, which is great for the neighborhood. Prices seemed $1-$2 lower than competitive Thai restaurants nearby. The food needed work however. Over fried sampler plate was tough to eat with bland sauce pairing. Tom Yum Hotpot had generous seafood portions for the extra $2 upcharge, but again flavor was lacking in the soup base. I'd go back for another shot, but wife probably wouldn't join me.

A wonderful experience. The atmosphere is well lit, clean, and simple. The food was anything but. Amazing noodles, fresh ingredients, well spiced and seasoned, with generous portions. My Pad Kee-Mao was intense, a perfect amalgamation of flavor, texture, rich and savory. My wife’s Red Curry was full bodied, tantalizingly savory. The level of care and passion shows clearly. I cannot wait to come back. My only regret? Not getting more to try
