The Hatchet Factory — Local services in Forty Fort

Recently attended for a friend's birthday party. Our group of 10 were the only ones there for the night so we had the whole place to ourselves. Atmosphere is nice and relaxed, and the hosts/workers were extremely friendly. We had fun with them as well as having fun with our group. I initially assumed it would have been more of a monitored "here, throw the axes while we watch over you", but right from the start they were having a good time along with us. That's a real selling point to me at least.

And hey, if you're there and realize axe throwing might not be your deal, they've got a nice lounge area and other games all around. It feels more like a nice place to hang out and have a good time than just some money grab attraction. BYOB and bring your own food (nice touch) can really make anytime here with friends a good time.

Absolutely fabulous fun!!! Our family met up last night to go do this, and had a blast! I didn't think I could do it because I have a severe vision impairment and couldn't really see the target on the wall, but figured as long as there were cages in place to prevent accidental injuries, I'd give it a try - and I ended up doing OK!

Lots of thanks to Gabby, the amazing person on staff who showed us what to do, shared tips, taught us games - and even kept score for us! - and just generally made our evening fabulous. Highly recommend visiting the Hatchet Factory! It's a fun place to go. Make sure to reserve your lane in advance to ensure you get one. Each group has 2 lanes that are right next to each other making it easy to play games. You get a guide for the entire time you're there. This person teaches you how to throw, recommends different games you can play, and even keeps score for you. You Dan bring your own drinks and snacks.
