Currys Donuts — Restaurant in Kingston

BLUF: Don't waste your time calling the "call ahead ordering line--just walk in and order" and here is why: Okay....so one presumes that if Curry Donuts has a "call ahead number" to order that someone will answer the phone and take your order and have it ready for your when you arrive....well....NOT so. Let me tell you about my less than exceptional experience, today. I called that number, yes, during business hours, not once...not twice...not even thrice, but TEN times?! Do you think anyone answered...NOPE! 🤢 So I decided to just go and drive there assuming that they definitely had to be extremely busy so as to be unable to answer the order line. Well, that assumption panned out to be incorrect--there was One customer ordering a coffee, another customer reading the newspaper...with simply two (2) employees one taking the coffee order and the other one wandering around with a ladder of all things?! 🤷‍♂️ I vocalized my frustration at trying to call ahead with my order....but their pat answer was: "Oh...sorry...ummm....something must be wrong with the phone, okay? When did you call?" My response was "Ten times in the last half hour so that I wouldn't have to stand in line." I merely received a befuddled look from that employee. 🤦🏻‍♂️I placed my order, paid for it, and headed to my destination...WOW?! BUT, at least the coffee was pretty good (so they tell me) and the donuts were actually...

This is my favorite Curry by far. the coffee is always fresh and tastes great. They also have amazing dounuts and muffins thanks to their baker Bob, who bakes the best pastries in town! The paat few weeks the quality of donuts has decreased drastically!!! My son loves curry in fact he even decided he prefers curry over dunkin but the past few times we got curry he took a few bites and said " mommy, this dies taste too good". The place is falling apart without Bob! He is the best baker in the valley and u know it!!! Snatch him back up before...

I don't usually drink Curry donuts but I had to use the bathroom. It was pretty clean and the lady at the counter was very nice. So I got myself an extra large coffee because they come with a free donut. When it was time for me to pick it I saw all the flies all over all the donuts so I politely said no thanks on the free donut today. That was yesterday and today at work my manager brought donuts in from Curry in Kingston Pennsylvania I didn't say a word. The managers and the bosses eat those good old donuts and I politely said...
