First of all shout out to Jake S, Cody S, Keerstin, Melissa (I'm so sorry I forgot your last names) and the owner. They were all so incredibly professional, helpful, and responsive to my numerous, borderline incessant questions and needs.
I want to start off with I was in search of a very special car, the GR Corolla. I live in the Pittsburgh area and all the Toyota dealers near me were wholly unprofessional in my many attempts to find this car. One day I decided to look outside the city and stumbled upon Luv Toyota in Bradford. I first spoke to Melissa and she was the most courteous person I had spoken to at a Toyota dealership in a long time. She informed me that this special car was available, and that they would sell it to me for a very very fair price. This was such a refreshing breath of air in a vast sea of greedy dealers and their shady tactics. It's even more refreshing to know that Luv Toyota values a great customer experience in a way that I have not experienced anywhere close to where I live.
I then had the pleasure of dealing with Jake S in sales, then Keerstin and Cody S in financing. They made sure that all of my needs were met, and were incredibly helpful in moving me forward in the buying process. When I got there, I was very much welcomed and we were all eager to complete the purchasing process. I drove off the lot with a smile on my face and throughout the 3.5 hour road trip back home through some amazing back roads and beautiful scenery.
I take my reviews very seriously and I take my hard earned dollars to businesses I feel that deserve them. No Toyota dealer in the Pittsburgh area will ever get my business due to how they treated me and are a blemish on the Toyota reputation in my opinion. I will be a Toyota buyer for life and will be coming back to Luv Toyota when I inevitably need to get a larger 2nd car. Not only is it worth every mile and gallon of gas for my 3.5 hour drive there, I will let all my friends and family both very near to them and reasonably far away that they should buy their car from Luv Toyota. They now have a lifelong customer (although since it's a Toyota I probably won't need that many cars because they're so darn reliable) and I will make it a point to take my business to them as they've earned it and frankly deserve it. They should be proud to represent the Toyota brand in Pennsylvania and I hope whoever reads this review (especially in the surrounding Pittsburgh area) gives Luv Toyota a shot when...

Many people are in positions and professions they should have nothing to do with, and one of the lady service advisors for this location absolutely blows. Providing terrible customer service, relations, and seems to take zero initiative in doing what her position asks for, providing a service. Good management should take notice of poor work performance and care to the people they are serving. Terribly disappointed as the majority of this organization is exceptionally awesome at everything they do. A disappointed customer still holding out hope for betterment. It doesn’t take much, most of the time it starts with a simple smile. Try that please or move onto a different, more relatable-miserable job profession that suits you.
** 99.999 percent of their employees will go above and beyond with even the most straightforward of tasks. The sales, service, parts, and body shop personnel show professionalism and superior excellence, let’s throw some names, Tyler, anybody named Hopkins or Mills, Chad, Don, Joe, Jodie, Tom, Mark, Pete, Nicole, Paul, Ben, Ethan, Chris, Dave, and so many others if you happen to have the privilege, they are tremendously generous and giving people if you get to meet or work with them. They are full of heart and good intention with complete care as their only focus in helping you. Seek these people out as they will always reach the stars for you. We were in the market for a mid-size SUV and were recommended here by a family member and they did not disappoint, as a matter of fact, they exceeded all expectations! Jake, who walked us through our experience, was wonderful at putting my wife at ease about buying a new car and made her feel super comfortable walking through everything about the purchase and the car we bought (a brand-new 2022 Toyota Rav4 XLE). Cody, who handled all the finances, made everything quick, easy, and understandable. No fancy jargon, nothing hidden, no surprises or crazy "market adjustments," just a really great guy who took the time to make sure we knew what we'd be paying and nothing more. And a huge thank you to Tyler, who manages the dealership and facilitated our wonderful experience. He spoke with me personally prior and was able to get us the car we wanted/needed at the absolute best price again with no surprises or issues. There's just something special about a dealership like this that genuinely takes the time to find you the best car at the best price that is right for you, not for them to take your money, but rather make you feel great about your purchase.
