Einstein Bros. Bagels — Restaurant in Arizona

First off let me say that EVERY SINGLE TIME I went to this Einstein's they have gotten my order COMPLETELY wrong. Now let me clarify what my order is, ONE bagel egg sandwich. THATS IT. A ham and egg sandwich. Every Time...wrong. Never even close to right. Whether ordered inside or outside. When they are busy or COMPLETELY EMPTY. Ive gotten the wrong bagel with the wrong sandwich, the right bagel but forgot everything but egg. Always. Never once a right order. 1 sandwich...egg+ham+cheese+onion. Thats it. And yet never right. I also stopped coming because I got tired of paying 8+ Dollars for a ham and egg sandwich. If you want to add onion to an already ridicules 7 dollar small egg sandwich its .50 cents. So if I want to go crazy special treatment and order peppers, onion and A SLICE OF TOMATO its .50 cents for each. Thats nearly $9 to have a bagel+egg+slice of ham+a slice of tomato+peppers+onion. $9 for a bagel sandwich that leaves me hungry afterwards. $9 for a egg sandwich that they can never get right. Let me break this down for management mathematically, you are NAMED "EINSTEIN'S" Bros right? Lets do math! QUESTION #1. Does 1 bagel (not the correct bagel ordered)+1 slice of ham+1 slice of COLD cheese+1 slice of tomato+COLD peppers+a few onions=$9.00????

No. No It doesn't. ESPECIALLY when you cant get that order right. NOT ONCE. Not once since you opened.

QUESTION #2 What does a $7 to $9 dollar egg bagel sandwich equate to? Lets break it down. $$$ Einstein's. Mcdonalds. Life.

VERY disappointed in this place this morning. Yesterday I go in, I wait for probably 20 minutes and they mess up my order and give me no shmear on the side (they put too much on so I put my own on). This morning (3/8/19) I go through the drive through on the way to work, and ordered a Chorizo sunrise with the medium orange juice and hash brown. When I get to the window they inform me that there are no more hash browns (rather than tell me at the drive through speaker), so I tell them I only want the sandwich. I take the sandwich, get to work and open it and it is COMPLETELY wrong. I ordered it on a pretzel bagel, and they gave me a green chili bagel, I ordered it with the shmear on the side, they put it on the sandwich and gave me extra on the side. Since the wait time is so long there, there was no chance of me taking it back in to be fixed and get to work on time even if I had checked it before leaving. This is the second day in a row I had to wait 20 or more minutes and receive a incorrect order. I doubt I'll be back; much easier to go to McDonalds where even if they get my order wrong, I'll still have enough time to go back in and fix it before having to...

This is the worst experience I’ve ever had at an Einsteins. It took four times to get my order correct this morning. I went through the drive-through and ordered an egg and cheese on an everything bagel. I opened it up and saw there was bacon on it. I do not eat pork. I went inside to have the order corrected. There were two teenage girls, and a boy, who appeared to be about 10 years old behind the counter. They all appeared very confused with blank stares on their faces. They remade the sandwich, however, there was again bacon on it. I returned it. Third attempt… they made the sandwich, but with this time with sausage on it. The fourth time they did get it correct with an everything bagel with egg and cheese. This is way below the standards of other Einsteins franchises. And why is there a 10 year old making sandwiches?
