Lauren was the rudest most condescending associate I have ever met at a lululemon. I just moved to Tucson to attend UofA and the first time I visited this store I had a great experience with all the ladies working while I was shopping for gear to dance in as I’m a dance major at UofA. I went back today to return 2 out of 4 items that I bought initially. I went in with a lululemon bag and waited to be helped. I don’t know if I look weird holding a bag and looking around but clearly my receipt and my two items TAGS ATTACHED demonstrate that I wasn’t doing any funny business. Even after going through my items for the return she was still cold and standoffish. I have never been in such an uncomfortable shopping experience. She barely said anything to me and rolled her eyes giving me my new receipt and store credit card. And said nothing! No thank you for coming or have a nice day. Just an eye roll like I was a nuisance to have to help out. I will not be coming back to this store. It’s a shame since I had a great experience the first time I came in. There is never a reason to be so unkind to a customer especially when lululemon markets such a positive and inclusive...

Today I got off of work a little bit late and was running a little behind to get to the store. I didn’t realize the store closed at 7 and there was a lid of traffic and res lights between my workplace and the store. After screaming across town, I found myself at the door only to find a note indicating that they were closing early for a special staff event. Needless to say after fighting traffic my frustrations were at a double high. It was about then that the fantastic women in the store saw me standing there looking at the sign. They went out of their way to accommodate me. Ultimately I got what I came for and I got a full on customer service experience. I was on their time and they still treated me like I was the first customer of the day. I could not have been more thankful than I was when I paid and left. The employees sacrificed time they could have been using for their specific projects to help me and I am grateful....
   Read moreI had a really surprising experience here. The educator Hae made me feel extremely unwelcome and accused me of lying. My align leggings came with the correct tag information attached to the wrong item. I was charged the $100 for the leggings. The item I received was the “all yours cropped cotton tank top *tie dye in marmoleado tie dye eccentric lime.” It’s currently on markdown. Hae said my clothing was extremely old and then said it was fake and I was scamming them by buying off of a fake website with fake packaging when I was trying to exchange. I wasn’t asking for money just asking what I could do and maybe get a gift card? I spend lots of money with this company and have never had this type of experience.
