City Electric Supply Littleton — Local services in Four Corners States

The Littleton branch off of c470 and Kencaryl is the absolute worst managed store I’ve ever dealt with. I had them special order a breaker for me, the day I went to pick it up they showed in their records they received the item but could not locate it. I was irritated but understanding. They promised to find it and deliver it to me on my job. Several hours later I received a text message from their delivery boy who couldn’t find the house even though he had the address. I called him back 15 minutes after I I received the text and he tells me he went home for the day at 2:30pm and it was my fault for not getting back to him immediately. My head office contacted City Electric Supply the next morning and they assured us the part would be delivered. It has now been three more days and now they won’t return or answer my...

Very poor customer experience. Several employees walked by without even a greeting. Two employees kept a conversation going about a "hot blonde" while I was waiting to.ask a question. When I was finally able to.speak with one of them regarding the part I needed they "looked in back" said they didn't have it. When asked if I could order, "no". When asked for any suggestion to find whatni needed, "no". When asked when they might be in stocks "I don't know". Great Experience. My GC road these guys hard and the Guys at CES Matt Hering, Rob Coe, Dennis Williams, Danton Preeson pulled through. Delivering early morning to my job site down in Colorado Springs. Also with a driver who was on time and very courteous to my guys; On time every time we asked.
