Chipotle Mexican Grill — Restaurant in Colorado

When I first started coming to the chipotle, I thought it was so great. I guess I had the privilege of dealing with a different staff. Today is Sunday, October 27 about 530 and unfortunately the staff was absolutely a let down. Not only were my portions not even a spoon but half a spoon when I would ask for more the girl would literally put 1/4 more of a spoon. That is literally like five beans. It was crazy and on all 3 bowls My meat portions were also half of a spoon. What happened to getting the portion you pay for? When I asked for the full portion she responded with “You can pay for more” ummm no how about you proper portion the amount I’m paying for ? And on to the veggies the next girl just kept saying “ what else” what else” not even letting me finish one bowl and shutting it closed. And last the girl sitting at register was rude and did not give me a receipt stuffed all my food in a smalll bag overflowing and when I asked for my receipt she rolled her eyes and said hold on I need to print it . SMH seemed like a bunch of rude kids but hey what can I expect,...

Some advice: Tell your shift leaders to turn down the kitchen music. People don’t want to yell to place an order.

I ordered a chicken burrito and asked for extra chicken. The man must have heard queso as he tossed queso on it. No big deal minus the extra $. Then the other man put on two salsas when I only said “hot please”. All actions with the burrito line were rushed. Asked them to remake the burrito because of the mistakes. They tossed the other one in the trash rather bluntly… Either the music was too loud, they were too tired or something else was going on with them. Nobody else in the store minus me and them when I paid. I understand being tired as I work up to 14 hour days in my job but slow down and do it right. They avoided eye contact throughout my entire order minus the cashier. It was 7:20 PM though.

I rarely go here because they blew off a complaint I had a couple of years ago on my order and this reinforces why. I don’t think they care about if the customers come back. Therefore I’ll just go home and make my own dinner next...

I have ordered quesadillas at Chipotle for over 10 years. Today I tried to order a quesadilla per usual and was told I was no longer allowed to do so. I was told it was only an online item. I could have walked out the door and sat in my car, ordered the quesadilla, and come right back in the same door to pick it up, but was not allowed to order it at the counter like every other item on the menu. The manager or gentleman taking my order was nice, but there was no explanation or logical reasoning for why I could not order a quesadilla. Once he finally agreed to make one, I was told I was not allowed to put rice in it. They were out of queso. The quesadilla was about 1/2 the normal size without warning, and the chicken they put in it was chewy and gross. I was very disappointed and won't be going back until they go back to allowing people to order what they have the tools to make. Not worth the...
