This became one of my favorite Japanese restaurants 2 years ago - so many unique and terrific rolls and other menu items!
But the menu and management recently changed, and the new menu is boring and blah. Nothing unique, nothing special. Freshness and quality have also declined. Tried to give feedback to the new manager through the server, but it was received by her with extreme arrogance and denial. Apparently this new manager thinks she knows better than her customers.
There's no reason to come back here until the menu goes back to the way it was. The way that brought in REPEAT CUSTOMERS and REPEAT REVENUE for years.
Give the customers what they want and you will prosper. But try to jam what YOU want onto your customers is a surefire recipe...
