Echo Salon — Local services in Four Corners States

I would leave zero stars if I could. To say I’m disappointed with my experience with this salon is an understatement. I had colorful peekaboo accents added to my hair at Sierra’s previous salon in Monument, then went back to Sierra at this salon because I’d been so thrilled with the previous results. I asked to cover up the faded colors with a color similar to my natural color and asked if the dye would remain the same natural color. I was assured it would and would be maintenance free. Fast forward 4 weeks, my hair is once again turning faded blue and green as the dye appears to slowly wash out of my hair completely. I called to talk to Sierra to my express concern and dissatisfaction, and honestly assumed it would be fixed quickly. I was not given the chance to talk to Sierra, and was told I could come back and have a junior stylist re-dye my hair AT MY OWN COST. I’m shocked and disappointed at how this business does not fix its own mistakes. I was then told that it’s normal for customers to come back for a re-color after 4 weeks. If you come here and your dye washes out a few weeks later, you’ll have to pay full price to fix their error because it’s outside the 7 day grace period. I will never go back after this awful experience and will have to pay someone else to fix what they should have fixed for free...

After moving I have struggled to find a salon as wonderful as my previous salon of 10 years. I was so disappointed what I was finding in Monument. A friend told me how AMAZING Echo was and I decided to give it a try. At this point I was not sure that I would not be traveling to Castle Rock or the Springs for quality. As a business owner myself, I find it sad that costumer service is a rare find these days. From the minute I walked into Echo I was greeted with a smile from the owner. Best salon experience ever! I have been going here since they opened and can tell you that every single stylist is super-talented, professional and will deliver great results. Candy, the owner, is incredible and will make sure your wants and needs are heard and met no matter what. I recently got hair extensions done by Sierra, and she went above and beyond for me in every way. My hair is exactly how I pictured it because she listened and took the time to make it perfect. You can trust all of these ladies to deliver great results no matter what service you have done. Plus, they are just fun to be around!
