So excited to find this place!! Stopped in for lunch on a Friday afternoon our way back from a ski trip. Happy hour is from 11 am to 6 pm! Atmosphere is so great--very "Coloradan" and very clean! Everything we ordered was great: soft pretzel bites with smooth, delicious white queso dip, pizza, meatballs, smashed potato with Fritos and chili on top; wedge salad, chicken Caesar salad. Two adults and two teens and we were all happy! Loved it! Can't wait to go back! The menu isn't huge, but I am guessing that based on our experience---everything on that menu is great!

Attended trivia night. I got the spicy Paloma which was delicious, but definitely not sweet. There aren't many vegan options, I ordered the Chips and Salsa and the Spinach and Pear salad (which I had to request without feta). The salad still had a little feta so it wasn't quite what I asked for, but I could avoid what little remained.

The decor and ambience of the Local Landing is just wonderful. It is so nice to have a place in Monument to get a late night drink. The service was super attentive and friendly, and our cocktails were creative and tasty! It was a Saturday night, and there was live music. We will be back again soon!

My girlfriend and I tried this place. We each ordered a mixed drink which were good. We ordered the pretzel bites, the cheese sauce was bland. My girlfriend asked for a side of tzatiki, the girl didnt know how to ring up a side, and said should would need to charge $6 for a side of Spinach Artichoke dip. We ordered the meatball, and the wings, again sauces were bland on the wings. Then we asked to close out our tab and asked to go halfs. The girl sighed and said she wish we would have told her before, again had no idea how to split a bill. The girl had no idea how to ring anything up. My girlfriend has also worked in the service industry and was blown away at the lack of knowledge to perform her job. Also, did not even receive a bill that itemizes what you are being charged for. I have been a regular since the soft opening. Yes they have had some turnover in their staff, but all have been nothing but friendly and attentive with wonderful customer service. Nicole who seems to be the bar staff in charge does run a professional crew that is liked and appreciated by all. The kitchen staff works hard to provide a great experience in the menu items offered. With the NFL ticket and multiple TVs sporting events are fun to watch here. No I donā€™t have any personal or financial connections to this establishment, but I feel I needed to comment after a couple of poor reviews posted. I highly recommend this local...
