My daughter moved up to Fort Collins from Austin, TX and we have been looking for some good breakfast burritos. Food Truck El Don is in a little building surrounded by auto repair businesses so do not be fooled and only be looking for a truck. It will be well worth your stop. Best tacos in Fort Collins! I had the barbacoa, chicken, and the fries and they were all fantastic! Super fresh, authentic, delicious, generous, and reasonably priced. Took me a minute to find the place cause the food truck is out back of the restaurant, but oh man was it worth finding the place.
