I can't say enough good things about High Altitude Adventures. They saved our family trip. Robin and his wife went above and beyond helping us out. When another razor rental company in Lake City area canceled our reservation at the very last minute, we were devastated. With it being so late in the season, everywhere we called was either closed or extremely over priced. When we reached out to High Altitude Adventures, they stated that they had already sold all there razor inventory for the season. After explaining to them what had happened regarding our cancelation they then mentioned that they had just bought their first brand new 2023 razor for the next years season. They offered to rent it to us. We were very excited. Not only did they rent to us. They delivered it to our campsite and picked it up at the end of the next day at no extra charge. VERY reasonable prices. Incredibly good people. They cared about our situation we had unfortunately been put into and cared enough to go out of there way to help us instead of trying to take advantage of the situation and over charging. High Altitude Adventures gave our group the Ultimate mountain experience.We have rented SXS for many years in and around the San Juan’s and High Altitude Adventures is by far the BEST!.The owners pay more attention to detail and are more involved with the customer and aren’t there just to collect your money and send you on your way. High Altitude has very well maintained equipment that run and drive smooth over the rough and rocky Alpine Loop. We had always stayed in Silverton and rented SXS but due to the towns resent vote to ban SXS we decided to try Lake City. Lake City and High Altitude Adventures have stepped up to the plate to provide tourists and weekend visitors the ultimate outdoor adventure. Word of advice so we can continue to enjoy the Lake City and Alpine Loop is the Respect the local residents and speed limits on all roads.Thanks again for providing very well maintained SXS for our group.See...
