I’m writing the review on the gift store side of the business. We were so excited about all of the wonderful gift options there were to choose from and each walked away with several things. The variety and uniqueness and quality and price were all superb. I had a last minute change of plans and needed a place to stay in Lake City. We were able to get a room at the Silver Spur Motel. It met all of our needs. The staff were very kind and helpful. The owner John was so very sweet. The rooms are neat and clean. I loved that it had a mini kitchen with microwave, refrigerator and stove. It is right in the middle of town and we could walk to the shops, restaurants, river and town park. I would stay...

Blinds broken, curtains broken, sink didn't drain, no lid on the toilet, no screen on the windows, old blankets, seats are worn out with holes, linens were clean but they were worn and had holes in them couldn't discuss problems because there was no one there in the morning until ten. The night before the check in staff was friendly. Definitely not worth one hundred...
