I went to get a ring sized. I didn’t get to wearing it till a few months later. I went back in to ask them to adjust the size. They said because I didn’t bring it back in immediately, they had to charge me. With my job, I’m out of town for long periods of time. This is unfortunate. I had some other work that I wanted to do, I guess I’ll do it somewhere else.

I used Jewelers Bench to fix the clasp on my necklace and backs of my stud earrings. I had a great experience with them and will definitely go to them to fix any jewelery issues that I have in the future. Their staff is very professional, service is great and fast, and at a very reasonable price.

The backs of my stud earrings were worn and loose. Jewelers Bench needed to replace one of the backs and was able to adjust the other one so it was not slipping on the post. The fix they were able to make saved me a lot of money since I didn't need to replace both backs nor did I need to replace the posts (which is much more expensive).
